Can’t beat their prices for the quality and portion of food you receive. They are very friendly when you walk in and always remember you when you return! They’re a small mom and pop deli that should most definitely be patroned. A favorite of ours is the bacon egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast. School kids also love this deli as they all stop in after school for a mid afternoon snack and sometimes morning breakfast. A fantastic on the go breakfast/lunch/snack/coffee/drink to go! “I love their vegan bakery and they even sometimes have vegan prepared food like vegan soy chicken or meatballs. They usually have a packaged soup that’s chik’n orzo vegetable, and I enjoy it, but it hasn’t been there recently (nor have the prepared vegan foods). The hot bar is not vegan friendly. They have lots of produce and vegan alternatives such as frozen foods like ice cream and frozen meals. They have a wide selection of vegan cheeses and vegan dairy, lots of vegan supplements and protein powders, and fun new items every week. They have lots of vegan crunchy snacks like Hippeas and Vegan Rob’s. It is definitely expensive, but I don’t think that will stop me from going here.“

“I worked at J&M for years and this was the best nearby place for lunch when tips were good on a Saturday. I realized over the years that this is by far the best sloppy joe sandwich anywhere in north New Jersey. I now live in the greater Philadelphia area, and still bring a cooler with me when I travel to the Madison area to bring a few of these sandwiches back with me to enjoy. “If you are going to shop at Whole Foods, an Amazon Prime card is very useful. The card and Amazon app. while allow you to receive discounts and keep you informed of sales items. I shop at Whole Foodsfor specialty items and some fruits and vegetable. Mainly organic fruits that you do not peel like apples, strawberries, blueberries and pears to name a few. My other main reason for shopping here are the specialty especially in the cheese and bakery departments. They carry a lot of Keto/Paleo items which I am not interested in, as well as, an oat-milk/almond milk machine that makes them fresh. Next to the bakery they have a Naan bread display. The naan bread is made their on premise Tandoori oven. The store and parking area is never crowded when I shop. They usually have only one or two cashiers working during slow periods and a self check-out area. I never tried their deli, pizza station or acai bowel so I have no comment. If you do not have your own shoppin bags which I do, It will cost you 10 cents per bag.“

“He toasted my sub even tho I said no toast and I asked for olive oil and vinegar but I only saw vinegar put on it. Maybe if he didn't have that ear peice in he can hear me better place my order.
