“I went there tonight for the second time and the food was delicious. I felt like I was eating at my grandmas house in the country side with fresh food and handmade tortillas. My two kids really enjoyed the food and the service is better than most places in Dover. Overall, I give them a 5 star.”

“El Patron is a cute and authentic Colombian restaurant in the heart of Dover. The interior is beautifully decorated and inspired by the Salento and Cocora Valley. The food is delicious and the service is great. We’ve had Cesar as our waiter and he was very personable. We’ve also had Lina as our waitress and she was very attentive. Highly recommend El Patron, especially during Colombia soccer games. They have big screens indoors and outdoors. What an experience!”

“Absolutely the best pizza! I grew up on it and no other compares, not even NYC . I moved to NYC in 2000 and would drive to pick up a pie and when visiting my parents as it's a must stop when in NJ, still! Unfortunately, I live in PA now and trust me, there's no true pizza here! Well, guess a trip in Sping to Dover is needed!”

“I walked in out of the blue. The place is quiet and unassuming. I was greeted as I approached the counter. They were very, very welcoming. After a little bit it was like we knew each other well. They made me feel very comfortable. The food was very good with lots of flavor. My order came out relatively quick. We talked and I watched the game (MTY vs AME). I had a great experience and was very impressed with this place. I highly recommend anyone give it a try. Also, prices are very good and worth every penny!”

“We stopped by Dover Dairy and tried the Blueberry Cheesecake and Dark Chocolate Crunch ice cream, and both were fantastic! The Blueberry Cheesecake with coconut flakes was creamy with the perfect balance of sweet blueberry flavor and rich cheesecake, while the Dark Chocolate Crunch was rich, chocolatey, and had a delicious crunchy texture in every bite. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. If you're looking for great ice cream with unique flavors, Dover Dairy is definitely worth a visit. We'll be back to try more flavors!”

“Table 42 is a traditional Italian staple and a true gem in Dover. While we will always miss Chuck, we hope the new owner preserves the incredible ambiance and vibe that keeps the regulars coming back! There's simply no other place like it. A huge part of why we return is Mauricio the Chef, who makes the best pasta fagioli, and the wonderful servers like Joannie. We go for that unique feeling as much as for the fantastic food. Table 42 reminded me of Cheers, I truly hope it doesn’t lose its uniqueness.”

“If you want real tacos come here. I ordered the tacos al pastor and when they were ready I went to add spice, cilantro, and onion to my liking. The spice is strong haha. I love the food, my brother ordered tacos birrias. I highly recommend you go to this restaurant the next time you crave tacos/Mexican food!”

This is what Karl Marx and other less aggressive socialists wrote about. This is a place where we can all come together despite your socioeconomics, education, or any other dividing factors and just be. Amazing. I’d give this place 6 out of 5 stars.Also, karaoke every other week.”

“I would love to come back! I came with 6 friends and the food was fantastic. Between the 6 of us we tried 5 different dishes. I don't remember what they all were, but everything was delish! I got the ceviche pescado and loved it. And my partner got the bistec encebollado, which was amazing. The service was really good too, and when we didn't know what the Peruvian beverage they offered us was, they gave us a free sample :) it was delicious. Would definitely come again!”

“Had a wonderful experience at Rico Pan Bakery! We tried a variety of their items including the corn beef empanadas, flour beef empanadas, corn chicken empanadas, flour chicken empanada, Napoleon, and another sweet dessert (can’t recall the name). Everything tasted great and was freshly made. The empanadas were flavorful and perfectly baked, and the desserts were absolutely delightful—especially the Napoleon. The service was also warm and friendly. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving tasty empanadas and desserts!”

“Es un excelente lugar, con un ambiente familiar y una música genial, pero no entiendo la necesidad de exigirle a los clientes un consumo base para poder ubicarse en una mesa , ya que varias veces me ha tocado pararme de la mesa con mi pareja,pedí una cubeta de cerveza para los dos , pero me exigieron comprar dos para poder permanecer en la mesa, soy un cliente habitual y no es razonable esta medida ya que igual estoy consumiendo. “I really like this restaurant. I like to sit at the tables and seats next to the windows where I can see everything that happens in the corner...the waitresses are very friendly and the service is fast. The coffee is always fresh. I really enjoy the simplicity of the place, without culinary pretensions, Mexican food for Mexicans, simple and delicious in my opinion, without DRAMA (by the way, I'm Colombian). The prices are definitely very reasonable.
One star reviews are a joke! What are you expecting to find all these 'Drama queens' and 'Karens' in a small traditional Mexican restaurant in Dover NJ? The people are definitely toast!”

“Have been here multiple times but this last visit was to purchase their Caldo de Bola. They make a fantastic soup! We have never been disappointed with their food. We bought 1 caldo and shared it with both of my parents for lunch. There was enough in there for each of us to feel satisfied.”
