“4.5 ⭐️ I came here with my husband on a Saturday night and we loved it! We didn’t know what to expect. Also we pulled into a strip mall and were a little weary to say the least. Ended up being fantastic! We ordered the cold mixed platter, phyllos (beef). They give you a ton of pita lasting into the meal. I had the combo of falafel, chicken shish, rice. And he had lamb, beef shish saitain style(? Maybe misspelled). Everything was so delicious. No ‘funky’ pieces of any meat, very good portions. I liked the falafel but wish I doubled in chicken. Dessert - u would highly recommend the lava cake. The service is so friendly. Our waitress Toni was patient to explain the menu to us. And any person who helped or dropped off food was very nice.We will absolutely be back here. Also note it is BYOB. Nice atmosphere, clean and style was more upscale than I expected.“

“My favorite cafe in NJ! Run by a wonderful woman who is an excellent cook/baker! I'm not a vegan but there's something for everyone here! The fresh breads and creamy lattes are my favorite! I've had everything on the menu at this point but she has specials that I'm always excited to try“

“Hubbie and I just had a spicy sausage omlette and a spinach feta omlette and a shepard salad. So much fragrant herb in it. Absolutely delish. Not my first time there, we are repeat customers and for a very good reason. They are very consistent with their food, always fresh. This time we tried a delicious chocolate cup filled with raspberry. Omg! Tasted like the best jelly ring I ever had. And 2 Turkish coffees and all sinfully delicious. Ty!“

“Current Review -Was in mood for Kabobs in this cold weather and stopped at this place late evening. Ordered Lamb Chops, Lamb Shank Pulao and Chicken Kofta Kabobs.Didn’t disappoint me. Amazing taste, flavorful and had authentic reflections of Mediterranean cuisine. Their Lamb items are the best among the list.Their complementary Bread and Salads with different sauces is noteworthy. My recommendation is Lamb Chops and Lamb Shank Pulao. Shank was so well cooked that the meat was falling off from the bone and literally melting in the mouth. It’s an open casual dining place. Plate portion is good, competitive price for excellent taste and food quality. Customer service was good this time and could be because of less traffic.A must visit is recommended if you crave for Mediterranean food. I will visit again.Review from 2 years ago -We family and friends visit for dinner and tried Chicken Chapli, Lamb Chop, Chicken Lentil Soup and Chicken Gyro. Undoubtedly, the Lentil Soup and Lamb Chop were best from the list. Customer service is not good for family dine-in.“

“We come here regularly whenever we come to visit my family. We live in MA and wish we had this restaurant there. The food is superb and the service is warm and welcoming. Few weeks ago I decided to surprise my son and make a 25th surprise birthday for him there. Above and beyond incredible service. They went out of their way to make our night unforgettable. We were treated like family and yesterday, a week later after the event, they provided us with their own videographers rendition of our event. I’ve always loved this restaurant but now I can’t say enough about the quality of their manager and staff. The professionalism and the ease this was all created. If you have a special event, run don’t walk here. You will not be disappointed!“

“This was the best Turkish restaurant I have ever been to. They had wonderful service, who work really hard and are the best waiters! The general atmosphere was also really nice, everyone was happy and enjoying the experience. The food was also the best I have ever had. Other restaurants in the area cannot beat this. I will be coming back, this was a memorable experience!“

“Every dinner here is above average- is that even possible? The (kosher) meat menu's large but everything is built on a theme. The knowledgeable waitstaff always guides us toward the best combinations. Last night we tried the stuffed eggplant appetizer- it was rich, salty, sweet, and sour. Probably not for everyone but it's now a favorite of ours. We also tried the pistachio lamb kebab, which was really unique and delicious. It came wrapped in a flatbread and covered in a tangy tomato sauce and ground pistachios. Super unique and tasty. Dessert was baklava made with kataifi and ground walnuts. My pancreas cried out for help while my taste buds told it to sit down. Totally worth the calories. Portions are huge- come hungry and prepared to take home leftovers.“

“Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food!!! The complimentary bread is fantastic! You really can't go wrong with anything you order here. Highly recommend the grilled branzino, Istanbul mixed grill, pomegranate salad, and the pides. The grilled platters are excellent as well -- chicken shish, lamb adana, etc. Love the baklava as well. Try it! You won't regret it.“

“I have been meaning to stop here because it is really close to my house. Well, Valentine's meal for one was the perfect time to try it out. I had a falafel sandwich. The falafel was crispy outside, but soft and moist inside. It also came with tomato and lettuce (I skipped the raw onion). There were 3 very small ramekins of dressings. One was tzatziki, one was another white sauce similar to a thin mayo, and the third was a very flavorful hot sauce that tasted so good (I normally skip the hot sauce, but I could tolerate this one). Everything tasted fresh. You may want to get a side because the sandwich is on the small side, and I definitely could have used more sauce. I definitely want to go back and try more items from the menu.“

“I’m just going to say what a wonderful experience we had with friends of ours who tried Turkish & Mediterranean Cuisine for the first time. Please make a reservation if you coming during the weekend because they’re really busy. BYOB is a fantastic idea. The dishes are yummy.“
