We are from U.K. This was amazing perfectly cooked tasty home made authentic Indian cuisine. We had mocktails ( lavender was refreshing ). The tandoori lamb chops x4 were full meat seasoned beautifully and delicious. All other sides perfect too. Now in U.K. we hate restaurant Indian puddings they are usually bought in and awful/failure. After finding out the chef is the owner and a recipient Michelin star we were convinced to stay,try and this was the first time we have had authentic home made puddings; try Kulfi with rose water & also Indian rice pudding. The whole meal was exceptional great value and we will recommend this restaurant to anyone else visiting New York. Easy to find off Times Square /Broadway. “Went here on a recent trip and had a good time. The Sharabi chicken tikka and ajwaini prawns were amazing and set the expectations really high for the main course. Sadly the Butter Chicken and Aloo Gobhi kofta were quite mid. I have had better at other regular non descript spots. Also ordered the Dal Makhani which was really good. Would definitely go back for the cocktails and appetizers but would skip the main course next time around.“

“I had such a wonderful dining experience here recently. Everything we ordered arrived fresh and full of flavor. The steam rising off the hot skillet was a perfect welcome to the meal, and the lemon slice on top was a nice touch.

“BEST FOOD AND SERVICE!! the naan was the best naan i’ve ever had in my life, it was soooo fluffy and doughy. chicken tikka masala was a genuine 10/10 and i can’t wait to eat my leftovers. my meal had me weak in the knees after bruh. my king anuj brought us great food and delivered amazing service. he asked me after i put on my sweater if i was cold and then he turned off the ac that was going directly on my table (which was much much appreciated). i can’t wait to come back“

I had the ghost chicken roll and it's more flavorful than spicy. They could add more sides to the menu - something with a vegetable in it, so that I can make it a full meal. Otherwise, it's a bit pricey for a product that seems like it's in the snack category.
