“From price quote, to cake pickup, to eating I had a phenomenal experience. I splurged for my 30th birthday for a custom cake. La Bon was affordable for what I wanted which was amazing. Their staff was incredibly sweet, professional, and all around pleasant. And the cake? Oh my God. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I provided a reference photo and the result was an exact match. Flavor wise? Impeccable. I don't know what it is about these cakes but it was hands down the best cake I've ever had in my life. It was decadent but not too sweet (especially with black frosting, I was pleasantly surprised), perfectly piped frosting, and perfectly light and flavorful strawberries and cream filling. I will 100% be trusting all my future cakes to la bon from now on!“

“I've tried a couple of mochi donuts here and they are all amazing! Not too sweet and the flavors all hit the mark. I've recently stopped by and noticed they had Christmas themed donuts, which is think is so cute, they would be great to bring to a party or to gift to someone.“

“I am very happy I took a chance on sunmerry. I’ve had sunmerry in Taiwan, and the products were very good there.

I ordered a taro pudding cake, and sunmerry delivered. The cream was light and airy, and not heavy/oily(like the frosting on the cakes at Paris baguette). The taro was actual taro paste, and the pudding was not overwhelming. It was the first time I finished a slice of cake with the frosting altogether.

“I ordered a Baked Bouquet for my grandma’s 99th birthday and it was a huge hit! When we brought it out, everyone genuinely thought it was a real flower arrangement — the detail was unbelievable. People were actually hesitant to eat it because it looked so pretty!

But once we did, wow — the cupcakes were fresh, soft, and delicious. Not overly sweet, just really good. My grandma loved it and so did the rest of the family. It added such a special touch to the celebration. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and beautiful and tasty!“

“As previously mentioned. Parking on the street just outside of the entrance before checking in. It’s best to show up just before your appointment. There is no parking on site or anywhere near. The employees were great to deal with and they unloaded me within 45 minutes.“

“Easily the best Korean pastries in central jersey. I've been to all of them in Bergen County and Edison. They don't cheap out on the fillings. The cakes are Great! And definitely not as pricey as some of the other Korean bakeries. I go there at least once a week.“
