“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

“I just visited this location and I was worried if the place would accommodate me due to my religious beliefs I cant eat pork. I asked the 2 girls behind the counter if they cut the pork on the same machine as the turkey and Tersea said she will clean the machine for me which she did. She also made sure to get a clean knife to cut the sandwiches. Both Tersea and Monae were amazing individuals I never ever go to Jersey Mikes but moving forward this will be the only location I come to because of these great employees. He finished with “the juice” and asked me if that was good and I said “perfect 👍🏼” because I felt it.
