“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. “PROS: I had a great experience add Jersey Mike's. It was very quiet and calm workers were super helpful and overall it was a really chill and easy experience. The sandwiches were very fresh including the vegetables inside. The atmosphere inside it was great, there were many nice posters along the walls and it is in general very clean on the tables. It's usually quiet inside and I would recommend eating there even though you can definitely take your sandwich outside as it is comfortable to eat it on-the-go. When I went, my friend was vegetarian and it was a great experience for him as the workers were very accommodating to his dietary needs. A+ for that!

CONS: The sandwiches did get a little soggy after a few minutes, however it was fine as you can eat it pretty quickly. While sitting outside is sometimes available, it doesn't feel right. There are very few chairs and it feels a bit out of place. Perhaps if they added more chairs and maybe some umbrellas it would be a lot more comfortable to eat outside.“

“I am a charter pilot. I had a flight from Toronto Canada to Teterboro NJ (with a quick turn) to Guyana South America to Miami FL. It was a 16+ hour day. Only two pilots, no flight attendant and no food for us. The day before, I contacted Matthew at the store, ordered and paid for two sandwiches and the Airport Staff at Signature Flight support West was kind enough to pick it up. Half way to Guyana I opened the bag and found three subs and two containers of cookies. I thought we got someone elses order but no, Matthew had given us an extra sub and cookies for the long trip. And they were delicious.
Service is one thing, but he went way above and beyond, and it made our day, which was long and grueling.

“Everything is good but the owner has to fix the toilet flapped chain. This is the second time in 2 months that I’ve been there and I found the bowl of the toilet dirty because the chain of the toilet’s handle don’t pull nothing. Also, the liquid soap bottle is empty and the paper toilet dispenser is empty.

The shop is small, and no real dining area, but they put the attention where it belongs--on the subs! The rolls they use are soft and chewy. Onions are shaved, lettuce Shredded, nice size tomato, oil vinegar, and seasonings. Boom! It's perfection. And I don't know what I appreciate more, the smiling service the 2 guys serve up with the food or the outrageously reasonable pricing, but seriously guys, go out and support this little shop 2 doors down from Mr. Cupcake. “The owner and staff are relatively friendly. The business does not seem to get much incoming traffic. They do have regulars, which is good. Their menu is a fairly decent size and selection. The environment is quiet, peaceful, and very clean! They offer a variety of bottled beverages, sides, chips, and a small selection of desserts. My dad and I ordered the 24-inch Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, which was chicken with buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese sauce. The buffalo sauce had a kick, although it was not too spicy. The blue cheese sauce was creamy and shockingly tasty. This especially surprised me since I do not like blue cheese, and I enjoyed theirs. The owner was nice enough to offer lettuce, tomato, and onion. We opted out since my dad does not eat any of those. Otherwise, I would have added them. I was also unsure if they would have put them on only half the sandwich. The size we ordered was the largest of the three sandwich sizes.The three sizes are Small, Primo, and Whole. The sandwich was considerably delightful. The bread was warm, fresh, and toasted. The chicken seemed to be grilled white meat; particularly, I believe it was breast meat. In fact they even put a great portion of chicken within the sandwich. The buffalo sauce was not too spicy, just a little kick and pretty tolerable. My dad felt the drink he had with his half-help relieved the spice and felt the drink was needed to help eat the sandwich to avoid any spice. The blue cheese was creamy and really tasty, as previously mentioned. The prepacked dessert(the killer brownie company "flavor kitchen sink")was definitely not the highlight of this place. I felt it was slightly soft and crunchy. Just particularly unappetizing, and I would not get it again. Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable and pleasant. It was nice to try a new place while exploring a new area!“

“Emmanuel and his staff are the pinnacle of excellence. Always polite and respectful, energy is always positive, and they treat their customers like human beings. They don’t seem bothered to be there and they’re glad you stopped by. In repetitive conversation (that comes along with multiple visits), you see they are exceptional human beings.
