“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

“I just visited this location and I was worried if the place would accommodate me due to my religious beliefs I cant eat pork. I asked the 2 girls behind the counter if they cut the pork on the same machine as the turkey and Tersea said she will clean the machine for me which she did. She also made sure to get a clean knife to cut the sandwiches. Both Tersea and Monae were amazing individuals I never ever go to Jersey Mikes but moving forward this will be the only location I come to because of these great employees. I hope upper management sees this and gives them a raise or something they definitely deserve it. I will be back. Thank you!!!!!!“

“PROS: I had a great experience add Jersey Mike's. It was very quiet and calm workers were super helpful and overall it was a really chill and easy experience. The sandwiches were very fresh including the vegetables inside. The atmosphere inside it was great, there were many nice posters along the walls and it is in general very clean on the tables. It's usually quiet inside and I would recommend eating there even though you can definitely take your sandwich outside as it is comfortable to eat it on-the-go. When I went, my friend was vegetarian and it was a great experience for him as the workers were very accommodating to his dietary needs. A+ for that!

CONS: The sandwiches did get a little soggy after a few minutes, however it was fine as you can eat it pretty quickly. While sitting outside is sometimes available, it doesn't feel right. There are very few chairs and it feels a bit out of place. Perhaps if they added more chairs and maybe some umbrellas it would be a lot more comfortable to eat outside.“

“Best Subs anywhere in the State of Jersey. You can’t find a better cheesesteak anywhere. The meat is so fresh & tender. Chicken cutlets also made fresh & delicious. All of the subs are great; my personal favorite is Turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato mayo, oil & vinegar & spices. Fries w Cheese & gravy make a great side, if you can fit it. Girls like me born in 1970, love this type of old school atmosphere! Makes me feel young again! P.S. don’t forget to try the BLT’s.“

I must say the place was very clean food was fresh and the staff was very welcoming professional and most of kind. Jarmar, Chad, Jason, Chyna, Ava and Tyler all were working hard and doing so with beautiful smiles on their faces and we were able to have a laugh or two! Service was impeccable. “Everything is good but the owner has to fix the toilet flapped chain. This is the second time in 2 months that I’ve been there and I found the bowl of the toilet dirty because the chain of the toilet’s handle don’t pull nothing. Also, the liquid soap bottle is empty and the paper toilet dispenser is empty.
