“I would like to pass along my review on Lefkes. Specifically, the extraordinary "ambassador"--the Lefkes manager--Eva who greeted our party. She greeted our party at the door, made our group feel special while making each individual feel recognized in a sea of humanity of guests. We were celebrating an office birthday party. She greeted each person with an elegance be-fitting of European royalty, with class and style. She ensured we were seated with a wonderful view of the dancing and action, while being able to enjoy our personal space. The food was to die for...she assisted the staff in serving the food and clearing our table to keep our dinner moving. When one of the people in our party requested a frappe, Eva asked one of the servers, "Dimtry" to prepare a classical Frappe. It was rich and creamy...Eva capped off our evening by having birthday pastries brought out with the flaring streamer...a memorable event from a very memorable person! thank you Eva and Lefkes! it became our Greek vacation! “Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

We strolled in for a tumbling trio, Taiwan popcorn chicken, Lu ro fan, shoestring fries and pickled lotus root.

Upon delivery we are delighted with our order. Everyone was delighted. Atmosphere is low bc it is take out but clean and water ready.

With 2 kids 4 adults this was a nice stop on our afternoon pre-game adventure in Long Island City.“

“Small place but serves great food! Loved the biryani. Authentic dum, unlike the pilaw versions sold in most Indian places. We tried the goat biryani, chicken curry (Dum ka Murgh), and nan. Must say, we have been trying Indian places in midtown for nearly a month - this place is the only one that we would wanna go back to!“

The baristas were friendly and welcoming, making the whole atmosphere cozy and inviting. I loved the vibe and the attention to detail in everything, from the decor to the quality of the drinks. This is definitely a spot worth visiting for anyone who appreciates a well-made chai or a warm, relaxed environment. Highly recommend!“

“This review is for their coffee but also their workspace at their 80th street location. As for the coffee — it’s great. Definitely more expensive than an already expensive coffee shop (iced americano is $9) — but it’s good for sure.

Service and vibes are very nice. Emilio at the 80th street location is really awesome.

Best of all they have a great workspace a few doors down that’s quiet and a great place to work.“

“Great spot in the neighborhood to get a beer and entertainment. 5th really tries to give a visitor great value with live music and trivia nights. Their beer selection is nice and there is usually a food pop up when you get hungry. Dogs are a common visitor so if you don’t like them or are allergic you may want to make sure you find a seat away from our fury pals. It’s one of my favorite places in the area to hang out and witness some pretty good jazz and meet up with friends. LIC is a bit more modern and might be low on the history and charm of many neighborhoods in the city but 5th does a really great job of starting the area’s own vibe and identity.“

“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. Just go, you won't regret it.“

“Few places are as accommodating as the staff here. The menu, although on available digitally, is extensive. Large selection of GF (gluten free) items. You can start with apps, choose from pizza or pasta as an entree. It is BYOB and that can make for a fun evening. They will accommodate to suit taste, we had someone that was sensitive to sodium, they adjusted sted the entree to suit. The place is small, the food tasty and seriously, the service is over the top.“

“LITTLE FLOWER IS THE BEST CAFE EVERRR! They are so much more than just a cafe though, it's more like a movement or way of life for me at this point LOL. I love their food, their activism, and how they show up for our neighborhood. I have tried various things on their menu and it is all my favorite LOL! I typically get a cold brew and some kind of food. My go to is their guava pancakes and egg sandwich. Their pastries are phenomenal too. You need to do yourself a favor and visit! “Went to Orchard townhouse on a Monday with my bestie she got a glass of cab sauv and I got chamomile fields, which I loved. For appetizer we got the prosciutto & stracciatella, which was fantastic! Lastly, we split the burger and the kale Caesar. They were nothing to write home about but good nonetheless. I loved the vibe in this place it was cozy and intimate. I will say my only complaint is we felt a little rush towards the end and that surprised us since the place was no where near closing nor was it busy.“

“I came here because of their amazing 4.9 rating on Google Maps, however, I was not amazed by their food. I got curry puffs to start my dinner. The puffs were nice and flavorful. The outside was light and flaky, and the insides were well seasoned with nice texture. The sauce came with was too sweet to my liking. Personally I prefer eating it as it is. I pad see ew with shrimp and added beef($5). The flavor was nice and the shrimp was fresh and clean. However, the beef wasn’t so good especially when I paid $5 extra for them. It was too dry and chewy.
Overall, it’s a standard Thai restaurant. The food was nice but nothing special about it.“

Their Dutch baby “Primadonna” pancake and lobster roll are to die for. Much of what is on the menu it’s imported from Italy of the finest ingredients. It’s always fun to take the ferry across from Manhattan to the Pepsi Cola Sign and walk a couple of blocks. They can accommodate large groups, children, pets, wheelchairs, (you name it) at their outdoor seating. Run there. 😊💕“
