“Best tacos in Jersey that I’ve had so far. We ordered chicken tacos Birria style and they were so good. The girl taking orders was really kind and helped us with our order and brought our food to the table. Their salsa verde is good too. $35 for 7 tacos and a jarrito.

“On a rainy day exploring the city, this little place didn’t disappoint! The tacos were full of flavor and a great price! The barbacoa taco was so tender! My hubs had the steak quesadilla and chicken taco- all perfectly seasoned! Everything was better with the salsa bar. Great portion sizes. Do not sleep on the hibiscus aqua Fresca- delicious! The place was clean and easy to eat at while the rain fell!“

“I finally decided to try Los Tacos No. 1 at Hudson Yards after hearing so much about it, and honestly, I don't understand all the hype.
The tacos were decent, but nothing that stood out compared to many other(Authentic) taco spots in New York City. There are plenty of places serving better tacos without the long lines and at a more reasonable price.
For one asada taco, two adobada tacos, and two sodas, the total came to about $30 before tip. Considering the portion size and overall flavor, it felt overpriced for what you get.
The food isn't bad, but in my opinion it's overhyped and overpriced. With so many great taco options throughout the city, I don't think it's worth the wait or the premium price.“

“I recently hosted a holiday party at 690, and everything exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was vibrant, the space was perfect, and the bar options were excellent. We rented the entire upstairs private floor with a cash bar, and it worked out beautifully. They catered the event, and the food was absolutely phenomenal, with plenty of menu options to choose from. If you're searching for a venue to host your next event, I highly recommend considering 690—it’s a fantastic choice!“

“Wow. Just wow. We’ve been enjoying the delicious food here since the soft open last summer! Always excellent, never disappoints!! In addition to a small but very well executed list of main dishes, standouts are the Crispy Vermicelli and Pork Belly Satay appetizers and the Ding Ding dessert! “E x c e l l e n t e! This place has become one of the top two mexicano places to eat in Elmhurst, which Elmhurst being the nyc capital of truly good and authentic food, is a lot to say. Their chalupas are amazing. I could eat them everyday if it wasn't because they are fried tortillas. Their concha and cuernos are truly great. I've had tacos the other day and they were euqay amazing. I tried a shrimp tostada and to my delight, it was really good even thought I am not a big fan of mayo sauces.“

“I had a good experience at Wonder Jersey City. The food was fresh, flavorful, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Ordering was easy, and my meal was ready on time. The staff was friendly and the space was clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there’s still a little room for improvement with consistency, but overall it’s a great spot when you’re looking for a convenient and tasty meal.“

I just ordered bistec a la Mexicana. I can already taste it. But I do have to try and see what it's like. I like mine, small but thick cuts and lots of sweet white onions that blend with the peppers, roasted tomatoes, and jalapeños with the rice and beans. Absolutely can't wait. I do have to run to the store for the coca cola with the cane sugar. All other cokes are fake. The mexican glass bottle one is it.“

If you want STUFFED tacos with a lot of meat/protein & get your money’s worth this is the place. double wrapped tacos, you technically get six tacos for the price of 3. so much meat that you eat it and it falls on the second shell & makes a second taco. great people as well. if your in union city this is a must have.“

“We drove right past it but THANK GOD we were able to turn around and get to it the food was heavenly juicy hot and suuuuper tasty the cook we spoke with was amazingly patient as he could see we wanted the entire menu but didn’t know how to order it lol the man was a saint and got us exactly what we wanted we were in such disbelief that such amazing tacos came from such a small spot but it’s clearly a top shelf establishment and will continuously recommend this place“

“My friend nd I wanted Birria tacos so we found this restaurant off of TikTok. I stood in the car while he got the food but when he came back with the food he had a huge smile on his face. He said the costumer service was amazing and the lady that served him (I’m not sure of her name but she was an older lady) was very nice to him. She even gave us an extra free water. Not to mention the birria tacos were unbelievably delicious!! It was packed with the birria meat and the consume to go with it was so yummy. Amazing food and 10/10 experience.“
