“Just got back from France for a month and the coffee was watered down.. I landed and immediately came here lol! The place smells like and old wood barn, it has a an upstate sort of feel. The manager is so kind and knows everyone. Its be best coffee Ive had and I live in NYC with about 10 cafes in my local area. THIS place ranks the best.“

“A few years ago, I began the search to find a good cake/baking supply store. Michaels is OK for last minute items but I wanted a “Go To” place. When I went to the internet, Shore Cake Supply was the 1st one to pop up. I live in North Jersey so it’s an hour or so drive for me BUT I drove there and had a “me” shopping spree. I’ve taken a class or two and even suggested to Jennifer that I wouldn’t be opposed to her opening a second location in North Jersey 😉. All I can say is just go there. You WON’T be disappointed. They are friendly, kind, helpful and MOST importantly.. honest! Oh, and I would travel as far as needed to go there. ❤️“

“They have the best Korean Ice Coffee. We’ve been to two different Paris Baguettes, one in Red Bank and Long Branch. Both had terrible coffee and service. Here in Holmdel, they have the best coffee, pastries, and service. We drive from Red Bank once or twice a week just to get thier Korean coffee and pastries. “Stopped by for breakfast after a hike around Rocky Point Trail. I had the ham and cheese croissant and my friends had the almond croissant. They were both phenomenal. I'm a savory fan so the thick salty ham at the center made me happy. The almond croissant had some chocolate and was decadent as well. The interior is so pretty with its pastries and decor. Service was quick and we were able to sit at their tables outside and enjoy our croissants in the nice weather.“

I messaged her on a Monday, asking if she’d be able to bake me a cake by the following Saturday, and to my surprise, she was able! The ordering process was super smooth and the pricing was very reasonable. When I picked up the cake, she had it beautifully presented, and it looked BETTER than the reference I had sent. “Kosher bakery with everything you can think of. They offer cakes, cookies, bread, challah, pastries etc... and even sell pizza and sushi. This bakery is the go to bakery in this town and is extremely popular. The pi,za and sushi can have very long waits in the summer especially during peak hours.
