Chicken Shops near Franklin Lakes, NJ

“I was a regular here for more than ten years, and the food is genuinely some of the best around — the salmon wedge sandwich in particular is phenomenal. I want to be fair, because a place doesn’t earn that kind of loyalty by accident. But over the past year, the service changed. Every visit, the staff seemed angry and miserable, and even a quick four-minute transaction came with an attitude. That’s ultimately why I stopped coming. I still miss the food. I hope the team finds its way back to the warmth that used to match the quality of what comes out of that kitchen.“

“Thank you for the warning before I burned my face off with the reaper chicken strip 🤓🥺 Food is tasty, staff is friendly, it’s a whole vibe..LOVE IT!! 💗💗💗💗💗“

“The workers were incredibly friendly. Great personalities. The place is very clean. And the food was very good. Flavorful chicken. The sides are a lot of fried foods too, but those were still very good. Nothing felt overly seasoned either, so you can enjoy eat thing you get without what you ate before overpowering your taste buds.“

“The Best place!! The best meatS and seafood“

“Went to slap burger with my family, came from New York and stopped to try for the first time, hammad was more than amazing and so was the food. He even gave some extra food to go. Now that’s what I call top tier service, if he’s not a manager they need to seriously consider making him one. 🫶🏾“

“Service is always very quick. Food is usually very hot and for fast food it’s a step above the rest.“

“Chicken is crunchy and delicious! Everything I've tried so far has been good. Glad I finally tried Chicken Galore last month, but, now I'm a little addicted 😉“

“ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS, I LOVE THE CHICKEN AND RIB COMBO I DON'T NEED A SIDE JUST SOME EXTRA SAUCE. I HAVE GONE SO MUCH THAT THE PPL THAT WORK THERE KNOW MY NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER BY HEART. THEY EVEN GIFTED ME SOME SHIRTS FOR MY LOYALTY....“

“AWESOME food! I love the atmosphere. And I really love the fact that they serve the best falafel in the city.“

“I had a good experience at the Chick-fil-A in Wayne. The food was fresh, the order was accurate, and everything tasted like you’d expect from Chick-fil-A.

One tip if you’re placing a mobile pickup order: make sure you tap “I’m already here” in the app before you arrive (or as you’re pulling in), since that’s what starts the order preparation. Otherwise, you may end up waiting longer than expected while they make your food after you get there.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Ahsan for his excellent customer service. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the experience much better with his positive attitude. Employees like him are a big reason people keep coming back.

Overall, great food, a clean restaurant, and excellent customer service. Just be sure to use the app correctly for pickup, and you’ll have a smooth experience. Thanks again to Ahsan for going above and beyond!“

“I was working in the area and I stopped by here for lunch. It’s on a busy street so parking is tough. Easy to order and great prices. I got a chicken pita sandwich it was great. I definitely recommend this place and will be back soon. Everyone was eating fried chicken it look good so that’s what I will get next time.“

“I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It’s take out only, but of course guests can use the mall’s dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short.

The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times.

The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP.“

“Fast friendlyservice. Love this place.“

“Better than kfc better than Popeyes. Chicken is top tier when fresh. Overall food is good. They’ve been good to community for decades. Staff and crew works hard and they try their best. S/O to the staff who’s been there for the past 6 years 2020 - now cashiers, cooks, expos even those who don’t work there anymore hope you guys are doing well in life. Im gonna be moving out of state and ima definitely miss the food here. Chicken Supreme is legendary. Keep holding it down I’ll be back!“

“I have to say, pretty decent overall service and preparation, reliability, responsiveness, cheerful disposition, and quality overall of the chicken wings/bone-in/boneless chicken fingers... customer service was great and responsive. Ample parking spaces available in the shopping center. However, I feel they are skimping out on the number of sauces to give out as dipping sauce.“
