“I have very fond memories here, it was like a little home from home for me while I was bi Atlantic for 6 years, working on the same block as the Pig There are lots of “Irish pubs” in the vicinity, although this is the only one that felt like a real pub in the UK rather than a novelty in New York Hopefully I will be back again one day! “Being in a train station (and a very busy train station) one would not expect a great bar experience - well atleast I wasn’t but I was wrong. A colleague and I were in NYC for a board meeting, and it wrapped up early. She said let’s stop at Irish Exit for a drink and well we did. Once you walk out the “station”, it’s like walking into a true Irish bar (albeit busier). Amazing selection of beer, wine and the hard stuff. Good service, free Wi-Fi and most things can be done via QR code. Will definitely visit next time I’m at Penn.“

“If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Was here back in November, we popped in as we seen it while we were walking past. We ended up coming back 2 or 3 more times as we loved it. The chicken wings are some of the best we’ve ever had and as Irish people we can confidently say the Guinness is some of the best in NYC. Staff and service is exceptional. We will return in the future.“

“This victorian inspired restaurant was very pleasant to the eyes. It really looks like you’re stepping back in time. I hear they offer an afternoon tea. I would like to come back and try that someday but we were here for dinner and it was wonderful. We had the lobster ravioli, and the steak and frites. Everyone we came in contact with was attentive and pleasant. They also have a full bar so I imagine they have a great cocktail hour or so.“

“Great pub, lively atmosphere & amazing band (evening before St Patrick's Day), Pub is deceptively huge.Nil points for food as the kitchen was closed, which was fair enough considering it was St Patrick's weekend, I enjoyed a liquid dinner of the finest Guinness.Highly recommend and I can't wait to come back.“

“Top staff. Was visiting NYC for the weekend and left my credit card behind. Drove by the next morning on our way home and luckily caught the manager locking up on his way out as the bar wasn't set to open for 3 hours. He graciously went back in and found my credit card, saving me the hassle of cancelling the card and changing all of my auto payments with it. Great corned beef reubens and nicely poured Guinness drafts too.“

“This is a slightly elevated Irish Bar. We had Burgers, Fish n Chips and Shepherd's pie which were all very good.

The bar was at the front and booths were at the back, which was what we needed because we were exhausted. This was also marathon day.

I have sampled a wide variety of menu items and highly recommend the steak, although many other dishes are equally impressive.“
