The bowl they give you is perfect to shake the dressing to mix with the salad. Also had Oxtail with beans and rice. It was very good. All was reasonable priced. We keep coming back for the ox tail stew, ribs, beef steak, porkchops, dumplings and the boneless chicharonnes de pollo. Most meals are served with white or yellow rice and beans or vegetables. If you want to try something different, they have the beef liver and squid ink fried rice which remind me of squid ink Paella. The combination meals are a great option to try out different dishes. The staff and owners always greet you with a warm welcome.“

“If you're looking for some of the best Dominican food in the US, it's here - down a few steps, in this pool hall. Everything was delicious, and I absolutely loved the habichuelas (beans). The gallina was tender to the point it was falling off the bone, and the rice was fluffy and full of flavor. This is truly a place where you can taste the love.“
