“This restaurant serve tender meats made it in the grill, perfectly seasoned, they called kebah, I ordered the mixed grill for one person, they also have for 2 persons, i recommend the turkish coffee, the pocion is small in a small cup, but that's the way it should be, is bold and perfect, for my wife I ordered the chicken kebah, she enjoyed, she is saying she will come back to eat again, i also ordered a mixed grill to go fir my son and my daughter, the tables are elegant and clean.“

“Zaffron Bloom is an absolute GEM in Hasbrouck Heights. The family owned restaurant offers authentic Persian cuisine cooked fresh to order. The owners are extremely kind and will always do their best to make sure the food is good and you enjoy yourself. I’ve been looking for some authentic persian food for a while and this is easily my top choice in NJ. Seriously if you are ever in the area and are considering going here it is well worth it.
The food is cooked fresh when you order so take some time to enjoy the atmosphere and menu. They have everything from homemade cultural teas to fantastic kebabs and desserts. Not to mention their food is Halal for anyone curious. Like I said before if you want to enjoy some genuine Persian food there is no where else to look!“

“I would have given a "5" rating for atmosphere if not for flies outside around our food. I also don't like the hookah smoking. Other than that, the service and the food were Perfect!!!“

But if you’re someone who enjoys good service like me then this is not the place. after being sat down for 15 mins the server gave the menu. After reminding 3 times, we finally got water which was bottled and we were not told about I assumed they would bring tap water and on top of that they will randomly put 15% or 18% tip irrespective of party size. Waiting for menu for 15 mins and then waiting for water not sure what kind of service one is getting and to top it off getting the drinks ordered post meal! Again if you’re a foody then this a good place to try but not for the service.“

“This location on UWS is newly opened about a few months ago. It’s quite spacious inside. It’s close to the subways. There are tables and seatings inside. It has a very nice cafe feel. During mid-afternoon, they had space to eat inside, which was nice. I got a cauliflower with brown rice and toppings bowl. It was so filling. The cauliflower is very flavorful and the right texture, not too soft. I don’t even miss the meat. It’s a good wholesome vegetarian meal for when you want a lighter bowl. I usually get their beef shawarma or kafta, but wanted to try meatless. So delicious.“

“Truly the best falafel — I’ve been supporting this spot since I was a child and they were a cart in front of the C-Town on Broadway (RIP). Since their spot opened, I regularly pickup or dine in with loved ones. The hot sauce is deliciously spicy, the chicken is always grilled to perfection, the rice pudding is a perfect end to the meal, and the salad+hummus combo is my absolute favorite. Also, as someone with Celiac Disease, it’s been great to have this reliably gluten free delight in my neighborhood. It’s such a wonderful place and I’m so grateful they exist, what a journey it’s been over the years!
