I needed the restroom right away, and the bartender, Orlando, kindly escorted me to it, making me feel so welcomed. Once we were seated, the food started arriving, and I was blown away. The chef here is absolutely amazing. Her dishes are not only delicious but also incredibly well-prepared. The unique flavor combinations and creativity are outstanding. It's honestly some of the best food and service I've had in a while. I left feeling like I spent my money very happily. “Josh the bartender is amazing! He is a master mixologist and is very knowledgeable not only in drinks, but the history behind them as well. Who would've thought we'd get a history lesson served alongside our drinks?

If mixed drinks aren't your thing, Josh will still pour your beer or wine with a smile. If you'd rather enjoy the company of your companions, he'll let you be. He takes cues from his guests and will entertain you or allow you to savor your drinks in a quieter setting.

Josh is a true gem and his talents could easily be enjoyed in upscale, swanky bars in NYC. If you're considering coming here, even if you're staying elsewhere, call the hotel first and make sure he's working. You won't be disappointed.“

“What a cool speakeasy this was!!!!! Hidden away in Jersey City on a little side street ,it's this cool little attic bar that was top notch!!! Roger or waiter was on point but have to make one suggestion that they get cocktail onion's in so they can make a Gibson. A cool place to start or enter evening.“

“One of the chillest spots in Jersey City.
I’ve stopped by Grace O’Malley’s a couple times while staying overnight in the area, and it’s hands down one of the best bars around. Great atmosphere, friendly bartenders, and a solid crowd. The Old Fashioned was spot on. Right in the heart of the party district, but feels more relaxed than some of the louder spots nearby. If I’m back in Jersey City, I’ll definitely return.“
