I was able to just drive up this week and saw they are indeed still open, so I am revising my review to account for their tasty eats. I finally got my birria empanadas, and I'm pleased. :)Initial Review:I placed an order online 2 weeks ago, but when I went to pick it up the place was completely closed. I called and called some more but no one ever picked up the phone. Now the phone is disconnected. I think it's safe to say I'm not getting those empanadas. :(The order online option is still totally active too which feels a bit scammy to me.“

We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Ariana deserves special recognition—she went above and beyond by customizing both coquito lattes to accommodate my sister’s and my health issues, *without sacrificing flavor at all*. “It’s because of Brahim, the incredible food, drinks, and ambiance that I’m happy to give five stars. Even though my friend and I waited 15 minutes before we finally flagged a server to come to our table, it was so quickly made up by Brahim’s service, charm, and attention. Clearly there must have been a miscommunication regarding who was servicing our table because once Brahim took over, we had our food in drinks in a matter of a few MINUTES! Not to mention, kindness, charm, and attentiveness. It’s such a vibe with the tropical decor, and the food was so delicious. I will be coming back!“

Every time I'm in town I bring a dozen home with me.

“I’ve been following Titi’s for a while now and finally made my way to the store let me tell you it was so worth driving through traffic.

I ordered the oxtail ( so good make sure you use the juice )

I also ordered the chicken and cheese ( use the hot sauce) so good 10/10

I also ordered the cuben sandwich so good I wanted another one

Last thing I got was the cheesecake and guava I wish I would had ordered two.

“I’ve been walking past this restaurant/lounge for a while and finally decided to check it out this week to see what it’s really about. Since they aren’t vegan- or vegetarian-friendly, I wasn’t able to try the food, so my experience was mostly focused on the drinks, atmosphere, and overall vibe.

The seating area is nice, spacious, and has a groovy feel — it honestly reminded me a bit of Portland. The space feels comfortable, and they even have two bathrooms, which is always a plus. On weekends, it definitely seems popular; every time I’ve walked by, it’s been packed.

That said, the drinks for wine are pricey. Beer is about average at around $7, but the wine feels overpriced. “For some” Paying $15-17 for a glass of wine — makes it hard to justify when there are many good place around but my choice was Hide and Seek. The atmosphere is enjoyable, but there are a few quirks about the crowd and culture that didn’t fully click with me, yet.

August is a nice bartender, so remember the name of your bartenders. “Important”

“I was in the Penn Station area today and had a craving for fried chicken. Initially, I was thinking about going to a certain Filipino fried chicken chain, but after checking the ratings, Pollo Camino came out on top. They’ve recently opened a new branch near Penn Station, but I ended up visiting their 8th Ave location instead — a small, single-storefront shop with a simple interior.

I ordered the fried chicken set for $9.99, which came with two pieces of chicken, a piece of bread, one side, and a drink for an extra $1.
• Drink: I went with their Horchata, made with peanuts and vanilla ,milk, without the cinnamon and rice I’m used to. It had a nice aroma, refreshing, and a bit different — in a good way.
• Side: I chose yuca fries, served in large sticks. The inside was dense than potato, with a lightly crisp exterior. Personally, I wasn’t a fan — I’d say skip this and go for another side.
• Fried Chicken: Lightly battered with a noticeable blend of spices and herbs. The meat was tender, while the skin wasn’t the super-crispy kind you’d get from those well-known Louisiana or Kentucky-style chains. Flavor was solid, but here’s an important tip — just like with many fried chicken places, don’t let it sit too long. Once it cools, the saltiness becomes much more pronounced.

Service gets a full 5 stars in the fast-food category — no self-service pick-up here, they bring your food right to the table.

Overall, Pollo Camino is worth trying if you’re around Penn Station. The price is fair, the chicken is flavorful, but choose your side wisely and eat it while it’s hot. Next time I’ll try a competitor for comparison, but for now, my top spot still belongs to Louisiana chain.“
