“Been meaning to try this place for awhile , finally went today and it didn't't disappoint. I placed an order for 60 Lahamacun and it was told it will be ready. Went to pick up and it was ready on time. They pack every 10 in a neat box. Fresh bread was just coming out of the oven and I had to try. The lahamacun is thin and made fresh, the seasoning was perfect. One of the best I tasted in NJ. The bread was fresh, soft and delicious also. Definitely going back to try the pides and pizzas. The staff was super friendly and even helped carry the boxes to my car.“

“Went with a group of 8. The service was great! Our waiter made suggestions that we took them up on and they were absolutely perfect! as a table we shared the mixed app dips with the pink sultan. This was some of the very best muhammara I've ever had. We also split a few lamhacun which were also super yummy. For our meals, we had various different plates which all were big hits. The service was great and we were warmly welcomed by the staff with prompt service. I can't wait to go back.“

Even though we had reservations, the place was not overly packed on a Friday night, which I appreciate. There is also seating available at the bar. We got two delicious cocktails and manti (delicious), stuffed wine leaves with cherry sauce (delicious), icli kofte (delicious), and lokum kebab (which were good too, but nothing crazy). “I was in the city with two friends and we were referred to this lovely little restaurant serving traditional Turkish fare. I wasn't too hungry but I always order Lebane which is my taste test for I like the food. It was delicious. As was the cold eggplant appetizer. My friend ordered the shephards salad and arrived with bright healthy portions with fresh tomatoes (how??) and cucumbers. Dressing was a red wine combination and complemented the salad. I would have like olives on it but it was fine. Another friend order the phyllo cheese straws which were perfection. Hard to eat only one! And she ordered the lamb chops which were tender and yummy. Perfectly cooked. Very fair priced all the way around. Service was excellent. Ambiance was cozy. Finale was perfectly cooked pistachio/walnut baklava. Lightly syruped and light and buttery heaven!! A must. This will be our go to place for future visits. Thank you for a lovely end to our great day at the theater!!“

The menu was excellent with a great variety of meats and chickens and seafood, along with some vegetarian items. The staff has made us very comfortable and brought each cocktail and meal on time. “The staff at Antioch Restaurant were attentive and explained the items that were brought out.- The offered a great wine selection and is BYOB.-Karişik meze starter : Fried Eggplant With Tomato Sauce, Hummus, Tatziki, Eggplant Salad, Babaganush, and Labne were absolutely delicious-Every dish was flavorful and highlighted Mediterranean spices. “I had the opportunity to try Bosnian food or in other words balkan food. Let me tell the food was freaking amazing!!! The owner was so nice and absolutely awesome to talk to. The vibe you get from him is like we are family. First, food choice to come out was the most fluffy burek slices ranging from cheese, spinach and even meat version. I truly enjoyed the meat slice so much I even licked my fingers clean. Second food selection that came out was the chevapi and man when I saw the meat was so juicy and tender it literally brings a smile to my face while making my mouth water. Make sure to rip a piece of the bread grab a piece of the meat and grab some onions you’ll thank me later. The chevapi is so flavorful that will drive your taste paletes into overtime!!! Third food selection the owner personally recommended to us was the two month old veal slow cooked to perfection. Literally you pierce your fork into it the meat just falls apart. First bite the flavor of the veal will take you to nirvana. Try this if you try the veal, take a piece of the bread from the chevapi and dip it into the bone marrow. That delicious flavor from slow cooking is going to kick you senses into overtime! Will I recommend someone to come try this restaurant? Absolutely!!! I cannot wait to go back and try this.“

“Visited American Dream Mall and decided to find some good food to eat! Came across this delicious Turkish restaurant. I had the chicken Adana kabob and my family members had salmon lamb chops lanb Adana, which was all wonderful. THE LENTIL SOUP, one of the best I have had!! Great portions, about $20-$30 a person. I am stuffed! Deniz was the gentleman who helped us and was super attentive! He recommended some yummy Turkish sodas and desserts. Great service, would definitely come here again!“

“Just had my husband's 50th dinner there. The owner accommodated seating for 16 people at last minute. The service was on point, the food was outstanding, 10 out of 10!! As we put in the order for 16 people, we did large family portions. The owner actually came out to tell us he thought we were ordering too much food. We went with his recommendations and he was absolutely right! After downsizing the portions, many of us still had plenty to take home. What other restaurant owner would do that? (At the end, the bill averaged out to about 60per person- absolutely worth every penny!) They allowed us to decorate before hand, including using the walls. A group of 16, not one person left unhappy- with this group, THATS REMARKABLE! Just fyi.. typically I'm an absolute pain in the ass when it comes to dining out, a cooks worst nightmare- I'm so picky. But this food was extremely fresh, seasoned and cook to perfection!!! I can't stop talking about this place! I mean just look at that spread.“

Finally I went and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised that the small restaurant, which doesn’t look like much from the outside has amazing Mediterranean Turkish food. I was very impressed. It’s a family business, and Adam was very helpful and pleasant as a waiter and he told me that his family owns the business. They take a lot of pride in the food that they serve. Also the price for what I paid for lunch was a great deal I got a Shepherds salad. Chicken kebab with rice, and another grain called Bulgar. they also gave me on the house a Turkish custard, which was very delicious. The lunch also comes with a soda. “This is my second time eating here. First one was long time ago (I don’t live around) for Ramadan dinner. This time was for lunch. They have good soups and good pide. I had kelle paca (lamb head meat in a broth) and kusbasili pide. Both were delicious. My sons had red lentil soup and pastrami pide, they loved it. Owner and workers are very friendly and always pay attention to the table. This place is far to my home but if I pass by again definitely would stop either for eat-in or takeout.“

The host was so accommodating and welcomed us staying until after we were well done (sometime between 11pm -12am). Not once were we asked to leave. I walked just a few blocks before Turkish Kitchen caught my eye and found lentil soup on the menu. Inside, the walls are a warm red with tables covered with crisp white tablecloths. I don't remember the last time that happened. I ordered the lentil soup and phyllo rolls. Soup arrived first with a cone of fresh baked bread perfect for dipping and a wedge of lemon for optional seasoning. It was delicious. The phyllo rolls came midway and had a delicate crisp shell with a soft center. Maybe halumi cheese? Service was attentive and gracious. And not only did I get a complimentary bite of baklava to end my snack, but also an unexpected 20% off the bill for their 4-6 early bird discount. I'll be back.“
