“From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us like old friends and walked us right to our table — I instantly had a good feeling, and I was right. Our server was awesome — super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and was on top of everything all night.

The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

“Louie's On The Avenue has been our favorite local restaurant for years ..however last Friday Stephanie and her team knocked it out of the park! with 24 hours notice, they helped plan, decorate, cater and Host our impromptu wedding. It was fantastic. the decorations, the signature drinks, delicious apps, brilliant wait service and overall atmosphere was unbeatable! “Came here for the first time last weekend, and was blown away. Definitely one of the best spots to eat in bergen county. The space is so well decorated down to every detail, and it is the best mix of cozy and elegant. The service was also top notch. The food was the highlight as it should be. Oysters, polenta fries, and the unique arancini were all excellent. For entree I had the free bird chicken which was excellent. Couldn't reccomend enough.“

“When I want to go outside or I'm working and need to eat I always try to come here if there is no food at home. This place is amazing.

The food is just delicious, for all the plates I ate here never had this "okay" food it is always tasty and yummy. And the price is another plus, 10$ for a lunch meal, 1 entrance (mostlikely soup) 2nd (usually rice with either chicken or pork) and a cup of drink. (Not soda).

And even when buying other than "special lunch" it is quite heavenly.

Conclusion, it is a great place, amazing good, great service. Now, the only bad thing is the parking, if u eating in the morning I guess there is parking at papays since it is pretty close, but in the afternoon, quite dificult, since it is not recommended to park on popeyes.
