“Hands down my favorite restaurant by far. Everything is so well crafted, even down to the sconces on the walls, and you can taste the passion Chef Phil brings to his dishes; quickly followed by the pristine service by Josh. I can’t say enough good things about Park Place, but what I can say is that I will be going here every chance I get. Every experience at Park Place is exceptional. As a Pinelands employee, advocate, and lover, Park Place nurtures an appreciation for foraged ingredients not just from NJ but other areas that are special to Phil. Thank you for changing my perspective on food to value a great meal and nature even more than I already do, Phil and Josh. I’m so happy I was welcomed to your table for an extraordinary night out every time I get the opportunity to go to Park Place!

“This place is awesome. The food, the staff, the service were all top notch. It doesn’t feel like a stuffy 5 star restaurant but your food tastes every bit like it would at a 5 star. It’s BYOB and one of the wine bottle we brought had a cork that disintegrated and they kindly filtered it all out and put it in a decanter for us. Every single course was delicious!! We each got a different appetizer, two different entrées, and two different desserts. Every one of the appetizers was amazing, but I thought the wax beans by far were the best. The carrots were also delicious and everyone really loved the rice noodles too. Each dish was unique and super flavorful!! The steak appetizer was excellent. My scallops were good but not my favorite mix. The desserts were very good and we had to get them to go so I’m sure they would have been even better fresh. I will 1000% be back. Bravo Helm, you know what you’re doing!!!“

“Hosted my bridal shower at Kiddo this past weekend and had a wonderful experience. Wyatt and the team could not have been easier to work with. They were so accommodating and managed everything so well. Everyone loved the food (seasonal, great portions, delicious), the cocktails were amazing, and the space is so cute. Highly recommend for events or even just for weekend brunch.“

“We’ve been here multiple times and each time just gets better and better. Everything we’ve tried on the menu is excellent. Their drinks are also very good!!

“We took dear friends out for their 60th anniversary. Everything was terrific from the time we walked in and they placed a "Happy Anniversary" sign on our table to the very end. Terrific servers and we all thought our meals were delicious. Can't wait to return.“

“Plenty of options, everything was pretty good. The fried mozzarella was maybe better labeled as fried cheese, and great. Loaded fries and cauliflower wings were equally delicious. The eggplant was a bit meh, the skins were just really tough. Desert options were good.“

“Had a great time here on a Thursday Happy Hour (4-6). Live music started around 5. 10$ mixed drinks, 6$ craft beer, and 8$ wine. The calamari and burrata were delicious. The wagyu sliders were also spot on. Huge bar, and friendly bartenders, we'll be back“

“Went with a friend for a last-minute reservation after another restaurant didn't work out. They got us in despite being quite busy, and the service couldn't have been better. Food was amazing - fresh and sizable enough portions to be filling even for traditional seafood. The heirloom tomato salad was amazing and the small plate sampler was perfect sizing with shrimp, scallops, crab legs and oysters.. Will def go back, and glad to have found such a great new spot!“

“We had a good, not great meal here. For the price (which was considerable) we were definitely expecting a bit more. The cocktails were great and the service great, the food was a bit underwhelming. We went with the tasting menu instead of a la carte and found the dishes good, but not anything particularly special. They were very accommodating with an allergy which was very nice. I'd like to try the bar menu but probably don't need another dining room experience.“

“My server Helen was more interested in her discussions with other wait staff than tending to her tables. I had to get up from my table to walk to the bar to get her attention to take my order. Then they have the nerve to suggest 25% tip?!? PLEASE! You don't get 25% for crappy service!!!“

I went for restaurant week and ordered the shrimp creole. Omg I cleaned my plate and was still salivating over the idea of more when I got home. My partner ordered the crab soup and the salmon. Eyes rolled in the back of his head y’all. Everything was so well and for my first time they left a lasting impression. Would definitely dine here again. I’m just disappointed the shrimp creole isn’t on the regular menu.“

My gf and I stopped during a busy Friday service and got seating right away at the bar with full menu available. “I recently celebrated a milestone birthday with a dinner at Elwood with family and friends. Chef Adam and Jenny were wonderful to work with and the meal was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the venison scrapple amuse bouche. We shared several orders of perogies and cheese platters to kick off the meal, followed by a couple of orders of the tri- tip beef, the sea bass, and the rabbit, which are served family style with a whole host of accompaniments, including exceptional mashed potato that got rave reviews and deserves it's own mention. Several of the diners had never had rabbit, but they all tried it and it was a hit! I already have plans to come with some friends for an afternoon tea, and my husband and I will definitely be back for dinner and/or one of the dining events that Chef Adam hosts. Adam & Jenny, thank you for my birthday dinner one to remember!💖“

“Had the Philly dip steak with fries at lunch and it was fantastic! It came with various dipping sauces and each one was amazing. The only thing I would say needed improvement while sitting at the bar was service, was ignored and never really asked if I needed anything until I was done eating.. this is a beautiful place and the atmosphere was great, easy to talk to others as it’s not too loud.“

First, The Continental is lesss John Wick and more “Lincoln”, as you'll see from the car seat booths. The French Onion Soup Dumplings were fantastic, and the service was spot on. This is definitely a spot to come back to!“
