“We dined at Faubourg to celebrate an anniversary. They've done a beautiful job with the decor, and the meal and service was fantastic. However, I cannot say the same for the music selection. The choice to play heavy rock at a volume level that made it hard to hear a conversation was incongruous with my expectation of an elegant night out. It was the regretful focus of our evening.“

“Always a steady goto in our restaurant rotation. Seasons 52 in Paramus never disappoints. Their Pork Chop is one of my favorite entrees along with the Filet Mignon and Lobster, you can't go wrong with the flatbreads, tuna tartare, golden beet salad, and Maui Tuna Crunch Salad. Something for everybody. Cartier and the rest of the crew that works the bar are great, and always welcome us back when visit.“

“Mandera’s wasn’t our first choice but after the crazy wind storm knocked out the power to our first choice restaurant, we had to pivot.
There were 7 of us for our Christmas dinner celebration on December 19th. A Friday night. Mandera’s took us and made it work.
The service was great and the food! It was scrumptious!!

“If you’re looking for old school Italian, this is a great spot. They made it easy to schedule a work dinner for 9 people, and the service was quick and accurate. The Caesar salad was extremely tasty, as was my pasta dish, albeit a tad salty. The front bar area is also cozy and casual, so it’s a great place for an after work cocktail.

“I never ever ever ever feel obliged to review restaurants. There are hundreds of reviews that speak and echo anything I would say about the delicious meal I enjoyed. But what is compelling me to post this was truly the regarding the service I received here. It brought me to tears!!! Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities. “Don Pepe never disappoints! Their food is absolutely amazing, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. I ordered a calamari to go, and the bartender (a super friendly guy) was fantastic. He was incredibly nice and even threw in a huge piece of bread—easily 10 inches long! Definitely enough for leftovers, which was a nice surprise. The little details like this make the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Dinner choices were great, I was only sorry to not order the soft shell crabs which were on special that night! What we did chose was cooked to perfection , the stuffed flounder for me and a pasta dish with scallops & shrimp for my hubby, we thoroughly enjoyed them. For my entrée, I had the harper steak, and I can confidently say it was one of the most flavorful steaks I’ve had in years. Every bite was a 10/10, and the pricing was more than reasonable for the quality of the meal.
