“I live in town and come here few times a week with family and alone, we usually like to sear on the potch outside, but thr floor cement is really dirty and disgusting stained with lots of drips and other things , I specifically aske the people at the front desk why nothing ever gets done or cleaned here there answer was ... the manager knows but doesn't really care .. I have to say prople at front service are very good and customers friendly, I am a business man and had several restaurants, always kept areas clean, thus particular store the manager claimed is landlord responsible fit clean areas ? That's not true since all commercial leased store are triple net lease and responsible fir their own area , thr landlord is only responsible fir leaks and roof ... this store does lots of business but this manager obviously does a very poor job and careless in my opinion. Employees tempt to agree with that ... we love this brand and location. But a bit of care would go a long way . Star box can afford a half hour powerwash for the sanity and wellbeing of its own customers. Thus manager is lacking in managing this busy store .“

“I have dined here multiple times. The food is always great as is the service. The restaurant has a cute vibe, however the last few times I have eaten here the restaurant has been extremely dirty. The silverware is not clean and the tables and floors are not clean. The tables nearby remain uncleared for the duration of our dining. I called 1st In Coffee and spoke to their customer service department and was given multiple choices of what I could purchase. I picked one and received it the next business day via UPS. “This Dunkin is very spacious inside. I was traveling with my family and was in the area, looking for a comfortable place to be able to sit down and get some work done. They have multiple styles of chairs and tables to sit or work at. The seating was comfy and they provide free wifi. I was able to enjoy my tea and chocolate glazed donut, along with my book while my husband and sister did their zoom meetings. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Even though there was light music playing, it was still pretty quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our needs.“

“This is a convenient little coffee bar in the hotel. There aren't any coffee makers in rooms and the restaurant's kitchen is not open until noon so it is the only option for coffee and breakfast. The coffee was good and the service was great, though not staffed for large orders or a line. Food options are limited.
There is only the lobby seating as this shares the same counter as the check in desk, so need to take it to your room or find a table in another part of the lobby to sit, or near the bar if that's allowed. The lobby is quite lovely.

“I absolutely love Wegmans and their cafe. They have amazing coffee, desserts and sandwiches. You won't be disappointed. Excellent customer service too. Ample parking and there's never a wait.

Parking: Tons of parking. You'll never have to walk a mile to the entrance.

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“Getting your Starbucks coffee from this location will make you start your day in a positive way. I always try to make sure to order from here when I’m nearby or at the mall. Never had any issues with my orders. Staff are willing to modify any order.
