“I have dined here multiple times. The food is always great as is the service. The restaurant has a cute vibe, however the last few times I have eaten here the restaurant has been extremely dirty. The silverware is not clean and the tables and floors are not clean. The tables nearby remain uncleared for the duration of our dining. “A few of us are in the area from Canada on business every couple of months and for all of us we spend those weeks looking forward to Rook and we go ebery day! Its a mix of the Columbia pour over and NOLA cold brew within the group and they're both amazing every time.

Not super strong, in case that's what you're after, but it was decent. A bit on the pricy side with a 20 oz. Macchiato going for $7.30. I'm not a big coffee guy, but they have an Malt Cold Brew that I get with oat milk that is heavenly and surprisingly doesn't give me the jitters like so many others do. Other times, their Iced Matcha Latte (also with oat milk) is just the right amount of refreshing that I need when stumbling into work there at Bell Works. But, if I'm really being honest, it is the staff there that keeps me coming back each day I work from the office. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in, greeted by name with my customary order already on its way to being made and I don't even need to give them my name or phone number for the loyalty program, such is their attention to customer service. If you can't make a good breakfast or a decent hamburger, you're useless to me as a diner! “This Dunkin is very spacious inside. I was traveling with my family and was in the area, looking for a comfortable place to be able to sit down and get some work done. They have multiple styles of chairs and tables to sit or work at. The seating was comfy and they provide free wifi. I was able to enjoy my tea and chocolate glazed donut, along with my book while my husband and sister did their zoom meetings. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Even though there was light music playing, it was still pretty quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our needs.“

“This is a convenient little coffee bar in the hotel. There aren't any coffee makers in rooms and the restaurant's kitchen is not open until noon so it is the only option for coffee and breakfast. The coffee was good and the service was great, though not staffed for large orders or a line. Food options are limited.
There is only the lobby seating as this shares the same counter as the check in desk, so need to take it to your room or find a table in another part of the lobby to sit, or near the bar if that's allowed. The lobby is quite lovely.

“This is usually my go to Starbucks unless it's on a weekday morning because the drive through is mobbed. When I choose to go, I usually use drive though and drive directly up to the ordering screen. However, there are times I wait well over a minute to order. Other than that, the people who work there are very kind and always have positive interactions.“
