“I live in town and come here few times a week with family and alone, we usually like to sear on the potch outside, but thr floor cement is really dirty and disgusting stained with lots of drips and other things , I specifically aske the people at the front desk why nothing ever gets done or cleaned here there answer was ... the manager knows but doesn't really care .. I have to say prople at front service are very good and customers friendly, I am a business man and had several restaurants, always kept areas clean, thus particular store the manager claimed is landlord responsible fit clean areas ? That's not true since all commercial leased store are triple net lease and responsible fir their own area , thr landlord is only responsible fir leaks and roof ... this store does lots of business but this manager obviously does a very poor job and careless in my opinion. Employees tempt to agree with that ... we love this brand and location. But a bit of care would go a long way . Star box can afford a half hour powerwash for the sanity and wellbeing of its own customers. Thus manager is lacking in managing this busy store .“

The silverware is not clean and the tables and floors are not clean. The tables nearby remain uncleared for the duration of our dining. I called 1st In Coffee and spoke to their customer service department and was given multiple choices of what I could purchase. I picked one and received it the next business day via UPS. It was a piece of cake to set up and it worked perfectly and did exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely do business with these guys again.“

“This Dunkin is very spacious inside. I was traveling with my family and was in the area, looking for a comfortable place to be able to sit down and get some work done. They have multiple styles of chairs and tables to sit or work at. The seating was comfy and they provide free wifi. “This is a convenient little coffee bar in the hotel. There aren't any coffee makers in rooms and the restaurant's kitchen is not open until noon so it is the only option for coffee and breakfast. The coffee was good and the service was great, though not staffed for large orders or a line. Food options are limited.
There is only the lobby seating as this shares the same counter as the check in desk, so need to take it to your room or find a table in another part of the lobby to sit, or near the bar if that's allowed. The lobby is quite lovely.

“There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“I went to work with my husband one day. We stopped at this bagel shop, Tommy's Bagels! For breakfast! He ran in as I waited in the truck. Before running into order, he told me that this bagel shop was one of his favorites. And that it was very popular. Waiting inside, he must have waited in line for almost 20-25 minutes. I can understand a breakfast place being busy in the am before the work day begins. But half an hour, I believe is a bit much! I will say, this bagel was amazing! ? ? ? They slapped on the cream cheese, just how I like it! It was overall well worth the wait in my opinion. If you're in a rush in the morning, maybe before stopping by Tommy's Bagels, leave your house a bit earlier. That would be my solution. Or possibly, I went and ordered on one of their busiest days, and it's not always like that. Just keep that in the back of your mind. Because it is so so worth it! The bagel was delicious!“
