“Planned a dinner for my husband's birthday last Saturday. Mars was our waitress. She was attentive and so kind. The manager Sarah provided awesome service to our large party as well. “We threw a drop-in Buffet dinner for family and friends at Houlihans for 30 to 35 people. The room is spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. Our server Eileen was excellent and the food was delicious. Michelle who assisted with the catering was very detail oriented and help me plan a great event. “I didn’t expect to like this place as much as I did, but honestly everything we had was delicious. The fried chicken was incredible, but what really surprised me was the chicken and waffle combo — I had no idea that would work so well together, but it absolutely does.

We ordered the Rev. Al Sharpton and the President Obama, plus collard greens and black eyed peas on the side. Both sides were really good, but the black eyed peas stood out for me — super flavorful and comforting. The collard greens were also great and tasted very authentic.

On top of that, the price was more than reasonable for the amount and quality of food we got. Definitely not expensive for what it is.

The burgers and steaks are the main attraction, but there are plenty of seafood and poultry options that are delicious. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious. Let me start with this by saying, I literally add a side of bacon to every single meal that I’m able to. With that being said, it was a generous portion of crispy, flavorful bacon. My wife got the pancakes and sausage links, the sausage links were also perfectly crispy/crunchy on the outside and juicy/moist on the inside. We aren’t typically in the area much, but now whenever we are, we’ll be eating here! Plenty of options to choose from, next I’ll be intrigued to try something off the lunch menu. Highly recommend giving Foodies a try when in the area, it will not disappoint!!“

“My husband and I went on Valentine's Day. For 30 years I have been hearing about it and never went thinking it wasn't my cup of tea. Well its not but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Food was better than I expected but we were not there for the food. We were there for the spectacle and show. Medieval Times delivered. The horses, the jousting, the falcon , the pageantry was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Service was warm, welcoming and efficient. Definitely recommend going at least once!“

I had a burger, onion rings and a chocolate milk shake. All 3 were delicious. My husband had the hot pastrami and French fries. Both were excellent. We highly recommend.“
