My favorite is the red velvet and I also love the chocolate chip. They make a speciality cookie monthly which always piques my interest. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“Kubo will have you addicted after your first visit. This is the place I tell everyone about and bring. Their ube is authentic and the best I've ever had (and I've had alot in my lifetime).

“First time here and I loved that this place used to be a old pharmacy, the look is still there from a time long past gone.
The decor is definitely one of the reasons why you should definitely check this place out.
I went there on a excruciatingly hot evening and ordered a milkshake. My only complaint is that I had to wait nearly a half hr for this milkshake because the waitress forgot my order, I'll let it slide only because it was super busy that evening but they definitely need to pay closer attention to orders.
On a side note even though I thoroughly enjoyed my milkshake (once I finally received it) this place is expensive even for a milkshake so be prepared for that.
I'll definitely give them a shot again if I'm in the neighborhood.“

Total cost was pretty good value and the space was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was that it was pretty busy, so order took a while and also I can see it might be difficult to get a seat during peak hours. Good thing most people are in and out pretty quickly. “Jersey & Co. is without a doubt the best gelato shop around. Absolutely delicious. The owner Peter studied gelato making in Italy and clearly has a passion and talent for creating incredible flavors. Some of our favorites are the Amarena, Cookies&Cream, Mango, and White Coffee flavors.

My fiancèe and I happened to meet Peter at an event and once we tried his gelato, we knew we had to have Jersey & Co. at our wedding. They not only knocked it out of the park with a delicious assortment of gelatos, but they also took such great care of us as people, going the extra mile every step of the way to make our wedding as special as possible. They even made a new gelato flavor just for our wedding!

We had previously done a ton of research of other shops in the NY/NJ area and everywhere we looked, either the product was subpar or the correspondence left us feeling unsure. “It’s so exciting to find an all vegan ice cream place, and I think the actual ice cream presentation is unique! You can pre-select from their options of soft-serve, crumb coating and sauce combinations or create your own.

I got the chocolate peanut butter pretzel cone with sweet cream ice cream. One thing that’s cool is that before putting soft serve in the cone, they put some of the sauces and topping, so once you eat the top of the cone, you can still get all those flavors. Then once the soft serve is in the cone, it’s covered in the coating of your choice (pretzel for me), and the sauces were drizzled on top. The way sauces were done for this one was a bit messy to eat, but super delicious. I loved the texture the pretzel coating added!

The price was also reasonable in terms of what ice cream sundaes cost in NYC.

The shop itself is small, and there’s only 3 stools inside. Because my cone was messy, I don’t think I’d want to try and walk with it, so I was happy I came during a less busy time and was able to get a stool. Also, the only way to order is through a tablet, and while the employee working did communicate she was there to answer any questions about the menu, it was a slightly weird experience of having an employee be right there, but then typing in your order — but also maybe during busier times, the system is really beneficial ??‍♀️

“This cute little "hole in the wall" is truly a hidden gem! While in reality, it's no hole in the wall at all. You actually feel like you're in a small shop in India when dining-in with the colorful decorations, background music and overall setup of the restaurant. Not to mention the food, which was absolutely amazing! Very tasteful chaat and small dishes, each with it's own little twist. I got:

-masala chai
-mango lassi
-Chinese Frankie (get it on a paratha)
-Chili Cheese Corn Grilled Sandwich
-to top it off, get their Chocolate Pan - it was bomb!

EVERYTHING was 10/10. I loved the food so much, I get went again the next day.

“Let me be honest, I have no photo because I was so excited about the ice cream that I devoured it before I wrote this review. Van Leeuwen vegan options are stupidly good. I take all my non vegan friends there and make him order a vegan ice cream, and every single one of them tells me it's the best ice cream they've ever had. If you are in any city that has one please go and try it out!
