“Title: Scoop of Heaven: A Delightful Journey Through FlavorsNestled in the heart of downtown, Scoop of Heaven is a charming ice cream parlor that promises an unparalleled journey through delectable flavors and whimsical treats. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the sweet aroma of freshly churned ice cream and the friendly smiles of the staff, setting the stage for a truly delightful experience.Vegetarian options: 3 flavors“
“Clean, plugs for phones, good location.Burger was perfectly salted and flavored. Thin patty for a satisfying but light meal.Chicken sandwiching was very tender (dark meat) and had its own unique spices separate from the sauce.Fries were crispy and battered. Perfect.Recommend both!“
“Amazing! Loved the affogato. Super friendly service and the gelato was amazing. They make the gelato fresh on site at all of there locations (I think they mentioned there are 1 or 2 other locations across the city). They have 2 flavors that rotate but the rest are staples. Would definitely recommend this spot if you’re in the area looking for a sweet treat!“
“Had not expected something like this during my US travel.Paani Puri assortment was many notch better than what we get in Mumbai.Vibes is all Deshi and representation of PAN India taste.Chandrakala Gujia popular sweet dish from Patna ,Bihar was another pleasant surprise.Vegetarian options: It's not just vegetarian but great taste and perfect blend of spices served with warmth. Loved the place and loved the food.“
“Kid-friendliness: It was very friendly the atmosphere was very soft I loved the music I wish I got a receipt so I can identify the workers name but all of them were so nice we came in when they were closing and some shops don’t serve when they are closing so I’m glad that they did it was very organized and beautiful all of the chocolate looked very good but I only got the hot chocolate and my sisters ordered gelato and chocolate they all said it was very good and liked the workers a lot“
“I’m absolutely obsessed with their black sesame soft serve ice cream—I find myself craving it constantly. They offer other unique flavors like matcha, green tea, ube, and more and you can get them with toppings (I prefer it without anything). Today, I discovered that they also sell pints to go for around $11. It’s definitely one of my favorite ice cream shop chains in NYC.“
“This is a family owned restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen that takes that to heart. The food is fantastic and service is fast. It just has that bit of personality that makes it feel like a place out of a small town instead of the middle of Manhattan—and that’s a really good thing. My one suggestion would be to maybe add an impossible burger, turkey burger, or a chicken dish to the menu. If you don’t eat beef, there’s not a lot of protein options…but it’s also a burger place so what does one expect.Definitely check this place out :)Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese, veggie burger“
“Antepli is amazing. The Kanafeh and Baklava are absolutely delicious, and always worth coming by for on a weekend night. The cold variant with the ice cream is so good and my go to. The Turkish tea is always a delight to have with your sweets as well. It can get busy, especially on weekends and nights, but your patience will most definitely be rewarded here.“
“It was a pleasure to work with Benjah Raphael. He was responsive to all questions, dependable and reliable in accomplishing the task at hand. “it’s very quiet, Gilda is so sweet and she really dedicates every beverage of food with care.the drinks are not expensive, they’re super delicious. i’m not a fan of green drinks but her protein green shake was amazing! their tea is delicious and for the price you get you definitely get more than plenty!! definitely would go back again, especially for their food!!“
“I really liked the attention of this place. Jonathan, the guy who served us, was very attentive and made good suggestions, the exotic lemonades were a divine surprise ? I would return just for the coconut lemonade! I tried a chicken burger I think it was called pio pio and the bun seemed perfect ?. I definitely recommend it and will return!“
“I was visiting the store. The store manager Kadia was so nice so patient. She showed me all chocolate and explained the ingredients and taste. It was a very happy shopping experience. I liked the chocolate, liked the store and the nice lady Kadia. Definitely coming back again!“
“What an amazing experience. Such a cool and different cocktail concept. We enjoyed 6 flavors total, favorite being keylime. Jazmin was the best host. She explained everything so well and genuinely seems like she loves the brand. Such a pleasure! Big recommend for those looking for a date night experience after the high line or Whitney.“
“if I become diabetic one day, chocolate House would be the reason for that. At night, when desserts are mentioned, my mind always goes to chocolate House. the sweets they make here nothing short of immaculate. if I could, I would come here every day.“
“RATING: 8.8/10 PRO TIP: Get their pistachio. This place also is associated with the newly opened Travelers, Poets and Friends, the non-meat Italian market and restaurant. PISTACHIO GELATO - this was absolutely delicious, and the gelato lady told me that their pistachio packs a real punch -- I have to agree. This is the most heavyhanded pistachio gelato I've ever had. Super concentrated flavor and really delicious. Smooth, a little dense in texture, and def worth a revisit. NOCCIOLA - their hazelnut was quite delicious, too, and had the same amazing texture as the first. Compared to other gelatos, I would say theirs is denser/stretchy, and oh so satisfying. I also learned that the most authentic gelato would melt if placed in a mountain on display, like you see in little italy. "Real" gelato is found in metal tubs that the scoops are dug out from, just as it is in this place. Def would come back CATEGORY: EXCELLENT (terrible / bad / ok / good / great / EXCELLENT)“
“Simply amazing ???. My boyfriend and I went here last night, and we had a great time. The vibe was so positive, the staff were so sweet and friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing. I was also happy I could get a vegetarian option ramen with gf (rice) noodles because most ramen places don’t make those accommodations. I also got the strawberry shortcake shaved ice and it was so, so good. Go and support an amazing small business. We’ll definitely be coming back for many more trips to come ?️ ? ? ✨“
“Small and super cute wine bar with delicious food which is perfect for a date night. The staff are very helpful with choosing wines from the huge selection. You can order by the glass, or half or full bottles. The food is great for sharing, we started off with the garlic bread basket, rye & comte cheese, foie gras (which is so creamy and fresh with pears on top), the salmon, and crudo.Definitely do not miss the shrimp ravioli which comes with a delicious broth, or the scallop with crispy rice!Dessert is also great, especially the raspberry!“
“This is my families favorite bah mi place in Brooklyn (and we have tried a bunch)! We get the chicken bah mi. All the ingredients are fresh and perfectly seasoned, each bite is so flavorful! The bread is the right balance of crunchy and soft too, which is something I am very picky about. lmpressively, I believe they make their own pate and mayo - which is so delicious!!I also LOVE their andes mint hot chocolate!!Couldn't recommend the place enough - are excited to try more things on the menu!“
“We were thinking about delightful and this “one of kind” ice cream for the whole day.If you want to get a unique experience of “sweets” - that’s your place. And can’t keep silenced about an amazing service. Dillon was the perfect guide in our exciting journey into the world of Morelia - gourmet paletas.Thank you??Keep doing your thing, guys ?☺️“
“I have been craving sesame-flavored things, so I had to go here when I saw that it has sesame ice cream. It was good--not too sweet, a good combination of sweet and savory, and subtly fragrant. Although I stopped tasting it after eating it for a while. It did feel expensive for a scoop of ice cream on a cone ($6.30) but at least the scoop was pretty big. There are a lot of cool flavors so I hope to go back sometime.“
“I stopped by because the posters on the outside drew me in. It's a small and cutely decorated boba and ice cream shop. There was only 1 person working at the time but I didn't have to wait too long for my food. Since it's small, there are not many places to sit, so most people do to-go orders. I ordered an item from each category: * Grapefruit Green Tea Boba - 9/10 - I liked the grapefruit pulp that was mixed into the boba, because of the different textures. The 50% sugar was the perfect amount of sweetness. * Almond Chocolate Croffle - 7/10 - The croffle tasted a bit stale and it was cold, so I don't think they make it fresh. But, I did like the toppings. * Lychee Rose Ice Cream - 8/10 - I liked the small pieces of lychee throughout the ice cream and the rose flavor was not overbearing. Overall, I would come again to try the boba floats. I think they shine more for their drinks than anything else.“
“Amazing soft serve ice cream, amazing service and atmosphere. I had the Ferrari Rocher and Belgium Chocolate flavors and they at awesome. Plus the lady who served was friendly and went above and beyond keeping the place clean. Highly recommend!“
“My family and I love love love Kubo. Since they opened, we def try to come here any time were in the area. My fave fave fave is the Ube Soft Serve with Taiyaki and boba. Their soft serve is just so creamy and flavorful. I haven't tried everything on their menu yet, but I def plan to. Posting a pic from our most recent visit last week. They have a small seating area, but in the warmer seasons they add some extra outside seating which is nice. Its always a great place for some pics, too.10/10 Highly recommend!“
“This a great new ice cream ? place in Bergenfield and its Philippines ?? infused and my husband and I took our kids there and they loved it. ? they are friendly and nice and explained all the flavors to us. You will like it. And you can really enjoy their ice creamKid-friendliness: They allowed them to try it and we were very nice to them.“
“Every hit chocolate is delicious. Using real chocolate not powders. Decadent and delicious. The gouttes de chocolate and molten lava cake are both also phenomenal. Hard to imagine anything isn’t delicious. The cutest and quaintest little spot to stop for a snack and probably buy chocolate on your way out! is phenomenal too. Johnny (aka the troublemaker) was the SWEETEST server. Made my grandma feel special on her birthday when we just stopped in for a little treat. He also gave us samples of other hot/iced chocolates with the house whipped cream.Everything 10/10 will definitely come back“
“This is one of the best crepes I have ever had! Portion is huge. So delicious. And the decoration!!! I loved how the owner designed everything by himself, such an artist! The area needed a good crepe place and here it is.I highly recommend it.“
“We stopped by on a VERY special trip with my 78-year old mother and were treated like royalty. Special thanks to Dante and Lindsay for their INCREDIBLE customer service and, of course, Chef Yoon for the most delicious and beautiful chocolate and marzipan confections I've ever had--and I've been fortunate to have sampled from around the world. Make a point to try Stick with Me whether online or while in NYC--you will not be disappointed!“
“Came after a dinner date. We were stuffed so We just ordered a double scoop sundae (cherry chocolate chip ice cream) and a chocolate chip cookie to share. The sundae was quite good. The cherry chocolate chip ice cream was nice and enjoyable. Had a good flavor with nice huge chunks of chocolate chip. A good amount of whipped cream on top. Even though we ordered a double scoop, I thought it was quite small. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and gooey. It was good and satisfying without being too heavy.“
“Very good option for Latinos, mainly who enjoy yogurt with yuca bread and other things. The prices are not cheap for the product and ingredients but it is not expensive either... It is managed in the middle, the service is always very friendly and the place is small but cozy. I recommend “
“Very cute spot and very lively! The service was VERY fast and well organized. It truly is chocolate heaven inside. The menu is extensive and they have many create your own options. I'd recommend eating there so that your crepe is hot. We took ours home, but next time we'll be staying! Their crepes are delicious and well stuffed. I just wish the crepe was cooked a BIT longer as it was a little bit too chewy and moist.“
“This place definitely lived up to the hype. I went simple and got a hot matcha latte and it was one of the best ones I've had in a very long time, if not the best. I got it without any modifications and it was SO delicious. The matcha flavor was there and it didn't taste artificially sweet at all. I got a cookie too which was a tad dry but would probably have gone really well with a hot drink. I'm still rating 5 stars because I was so happy with the latte. Can't wait to come back and try the ice cream too when the weather is warmer! Also, there is no seating inside but they have some benches outside for when the weather's nice.“
“Me and friends picked up 2 cakes and the service was only around a 5 minute wait! It's small in size compared to other locations but the interior was very cute! I really enjoy Mango Mango and I would definitely recommend any of the crepe cakes, crepes, and hot tea (dining in). The waitress was sweet and our purchase came with a lovely reusable bag! :) “
“Flavorful and unique experience, definitely worth a stop! We got to try a couple halva samples, and then sprung for the soft serve, which was delicious, a must-try! Oat milk tahini soft serve is great, and perfectly complemented by rich tahini drizzle and halva crumbles.“
“I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and all I have to say is that this place never disappoints. They all have a smile and bring amazing energy to the customers. This is the only ice cream place I come to and I know others that came with me love it as “
“Definitely worth trying if you are familiar/curious about desi flavours in ice cream! We sampled a bunch of flavours and I found some of the descriptions spot on, and some of them to be a little generous. I also like that the flavours they highlight are more bougie/elevated--you won't find your conventional "Parle g" and "gulab jamun" that you can find at any Desi creamery these days.“
“Old school style ice cream shop. Flavors I tried are all fairly nice and what they say on the label and the ice cream texture is consistently rich and creamy. They had a root beer float so I may be giving it nostalgia points but nothing much to complain unless you are looking for super interesting/intense flavors.“
“Taiyaki NYC nails it on their soft serve -- it is EXCELLENT. Creamy, just flavorful enough, not too sweet. The taiyaki fish cone could use a little improvement -- it was a bit too thin/crunchy at the top and had more of a pancake-like texture at the bottom. (I'm a big SomiSomi fan, so I'm comparing this filled cone to theirs.) You can just get the soft serve in a cup with no cone (and it cost less), so if you're in the mood for just get soft serve Taiyaki is a great option. I'd give the soft serve a 5 and the cone a 3, so overall I'm rating Taiyaki NYC 4.“
“I really like this cafe. It's warm, inviting, friendly, and I really like their bee sting coffee (mix of espresso and honey), their gelato, and peanut butter sandwiches. As a relative newcomer to Jersey City, it's been one of my favorite places to go to in the neighborhood.“
“Dee's Cookies will single handedly achieve what my therapist has been trying to do for years - cheer me up.Dee's Cookies will also single handedly achieve what my grandma has been trying to do for years - fatten me up.Finally, gift giving has gotten so much easier - everyone gets a box of cookies for their birthday now, and it's always a hit.6 stars.“
“At first we didn't know if we were in the right place, but we relied on the good reviews and went in. It was AMAZING!! You would not even know the soft serve is Oat milk based. I got the chocolate soft serve with peanut butter and pretzel and it was to die for. Easily top 5 ice creams of my life. Waffle cone 10/10. Would come back here in a heart beat ?“
“We loved the cookies here! We went late in the evening and you always get fresh baked cookies!! Changing menu every week, the ones we got were so good, even though my all favorite would be the regular chocolate chip. I loved it and I would recommend the place so far!“
“The ice cream is really good ... the old world, homemade, nostalgic ambiance is wonderful. The selection of ice cream and desert options is off the charts. Everything is made in-house and they also sell to deli's in the area. Worth a trip.“
“I came here Thursday morning and the young lady working there Juliana greeted my family and I with a nice welcome smiled. She helped each and one of us and took her time. The customer service was amazing as well with the gelatos. Definitely recommend coming here on Thursday mornings where there is no lines. I recommend getting crispy chocolate ice pop and the cherry vanilla. 10/10“
“Editing my review since they replaced the booth. The new booths are similar, all the pictures are still on the walls.. and its STILL the same place they filmed the last scene of the greatest show ever. Original booth or not, it’s still awesome to go and see. Staff is super nice and the food is great. Love it here for so many reasons!“
“The service was quick and attentive despite being the only worker available. Everything in the location was clean and delicious. Overall, thankful for this late night bite! It was delicious, cost efficient, and a great source for ice-cream craving satisfaction!“
“The ice cream is so delicious! Had the guava cheesecake flavor and it was divine. They have different flavors every month I think. The negative is that the ice cream is pricey and the portion doesn’t match the price. It was $11 for the pictured ice cream. There isn’t really space to sit and eat your ice cream in the store. It was empty when I went so I found parking right outside on the street.“
“This place takes ice cream to the next level! They serve incredibly high-quality ice cream in massive portions. With a huge variety of flavors and toppings, you can create your own dream sundae. It's become a family favorite, perfect for satisfying our sweet tooth cravings and our annual Fourth of July tradition.“
“The burger is good, there's nothing there. We liked it much better than, for example, in the London branch. But: It can still be done better (we think). Eating in the store isn't really comfortable, even though it's delivered to your table (fast food), and prices are already high (for fast food). We found the service a bit intrusive when ordering - tips were very actively requested and then one of the two burgers was forgotten.“
“Wonderful hidden gem. I’m so upset I’ve never tried this sooner! I definitely recommend the mint chocolate chip & the Cookie Monster. Very friendly staff, will definitely be spending my summers here with my kids. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“
“This ice parlor is a pure taste of Italy. They serve really good Italian ices and scrumptious custards. When coming here with my family back in August 2012 by walking, we each one had chocolate custard and it tasted great. Every time I came here for my summer camp walk in August 2011 and July 2012 with my camp counselors, I would usually eat green apple ices. Overall, the service was excellent and the desserts there were delicious.“
