Not crispy as from can see in pic. Was this really beef also? Walnuts were plain as well.Steamed Spinach Dumplings were a bit dry . Hunan Dumplings Spinach and beef dumplings topped with spicy peanut sauce. Spicy. I got not spicy but were very good. Would I try again. Yes think I would.“

The menu system is online and looks really clunky, but with the help of Google review photos I settled on the pan fried noodles and braised pork hock (which is highly recommended). The pork comes in a dark, rich savory sauce (they mentioned after it can also come in a garlic Sichuan that is sweeter). The noodles were fresh, with soft scramble eggs and a tang I couldn’t identify. Very good. And the pork literally fell off the bone and the skin was unctuous and filled with collagen and flavor. Would’ve loved some soy sauce at the table, but all in all staff is friendly, the space is airy, and the food is insanely good.“

My last order I mistakenly ordered "volcano" wonton instead of the regular. I didn't realize my goof until I got home and read the receipt. If you’re in Hoboken and even thinking about a mango drink, just stop what you’re doing and go to Icy Mellon. These folks don’t just make smoothies—they craft frozen perfection. I got the mango, and I swear it was so rich, fresh, and vibrant it deserved a seatbelt of its own.

Unfortunately, I had to stop short while driving and—well—mango mayhem ensued. All over me. All over the console. But you know what? I couldn’t even be mad. It’s that good. If anything, it was a reminder I should’ve finished the cup before pulling out.
