“I’ve been living in Oakland for 4 years, and I was afraid to try this place because of the bad yelp reviews; Frankly, I don’t understand why. This is my go to Chinese place now!
The wings are big and fresh. They don’t pre-fry their wings like most places Also, the spareribs are very Tasty 😋 They’re not dried out like a lot of places. I mostly get the chicken and broccoli which is always excellent, succulent chicken and the broccoli is green fresh and crunchy The way I like it :-) Oh, and I almost forgot they have the pan fried dumplings (goyza) like I get in Chinatown, where the skin is not very thick; so good!“

“We have been ordering take out from China 23 since they opened and have always been satisfied with the quality of the food. My last order I mistakenly ordered "volcano" wonton instead of the regular. I didn't realize my goof until I got home and read the receipt. I called back and they told me they make me the wonton right away if I would come back to pick it up. When I returned, I was told no charge for the regular wonton. “New Ho King kitchen Chinese food to take out or deliver is absolutely delicious.
Whether you're picking up or having it deliver, the food is always piping hot. Their Szechuan Beef is perfectly flavorful, with the right amount of spice. The vegetable Lo Mein is incredibly fresh and not greasy. The portions are generous, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality.
The staff is always super friendly and efficient. This is definitely our favorite for Chinese takeout!

“The food at this Chinese restaurant is super good. I recently moved to Fairfield and needed to find a good spot for Chinese takeout out. So, I tried joy wok. I ordered sesame chicken combo and the Mongolian beef. They were both super good. I don’t normally like my sesame chicken a little spicy and they made it just right for me.
The customer service is also great. I had accidentally ordered white rice with the Mongolian beef and when I picked up my order they switched it to fried rice right away with no extra charge. Everyone there is super nice. Definitely recommend if you are in the area in search of a good Chinese spot.“

“My YouTube channel brought my here and they did not disappoint! My favorite dishes I tried were the boneless spare ribs and the beef lo mein. The one area I think that can be improved on is with the pork fried rice. Other than that this place is amazing and definitely worth checking out! We enjoyed their fried rice, orange chicken, and steamed chicken with broccoli. The fried dumplings were on the oily side, so we’ll probably get them steamed for our next order. If it was more local, yes, I would probably have this as my std place. But with a 20-minute drive, I can go elsewhere.“

“I usually don't eat New Jersey Chinese food. Nyc has better, but win wah is up there with nyc Chinese food. Looks are deceiving to say the least. From the outside you'd think to yourself. Man! I wouldn't drink a can of soda from this place lol. But they say that the worse the Chinese place looks from the outside, the better it is. True story here“

“Man, this was our first time ordering from here. We live in a nearby town and the Chinese food is just really not great here, however I’m happy that we found Panda world in Butler. The food is very good. I especially enjoy the crab rangoon and fried dumplings. I had it delivered so I can’t comment on the atmosphere but the food was excellent and I used Uber eats since we live about 15 minutes away. Delivery was quick, food was priced well, cooked well, and tastes great. I did notice like one of the other comments said, there are no utensils in the bag, but it didn’t bother us much because we are home, with our own. I would have been pissed if I was like, somewhere without. Other than that, great!“
