“From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us like old friends and walked us right to our table — I instantly had a good feeling, and I was right. Our server was awesome — super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and was on top of everything all night.

The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

The seafood is fried to perfection - but it could use some salt. If they start making their own tartar sauce and hot sauce, this place is gonna be packed!

Still worth a visit, although I would just stick to the seafood until they start tightening up the sides with more experience cooking soul food staples.

“Buonasera is our go to place to eat! It's great to bring friends to, great to have a date night, great for girls or guys night, just super great! The food is FANTASTIC! After going there for years and really enjoying everything my new crave is the Caprese Tower and the Calamari and Shrimp Fra Devraj. Although honestly, you can't go wrong with anything. “This place is TOP SHELF. Went twice this past week and honestly feel there is NO place in the area that comes remotely close to this restaurant! I moved from Bergen County and until now, could not find that rare combination of quality food, CLEAN and attentive , personable staff. The seafood is AMAZING. I’ve heard some comments in reference to the owner….guess what…he’s doing a whole lot of right, maybe you just don’t know the difference.“

“I love Great Wall. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid, all throughout college, and still today! They’re so patient & kind. My order is always ready within 10 minutes, always hot & fresh. Large portions for a great price. It’s easy to order from the restaurant’s website. I recommend scallion pancakes, cold sesame noodles, and the soups. I tried almost everything on the menu, from boneless spare ribs to scallops in garlic sauce— Great Wall is always going to be my favorite local spot.“

“We ordered a family BBQ platter with Biryani Rice. This is our first BBQ platter order from this restaurant and in this trip. Later we dined BBQ platters from two other places and compared this one with other.

In terms of food quantity and quality both, it was really good. BBQ was served in a large tray on top of Biryani Rice. Salad and yogurt sauce (raita) were served separately in big servings.

We were the last customers to enter the place very close to the last hour. They were gracious enough to accept our order.“
