“We are in the part of the restaurant called “the library,” which was a small room off to the left. Thankfully it wasn't busy or it could have been a bit tight. But the food was out of this world. Again! Although the creamed spinach seemed to have a funny taste, which was immediately replaced with another side when I said something. Service was good, but drinks were a little slow from the bar. The prix fixe of $55 was an amazing value. We both had the chicken breast and it was fantastic.“

“We made a reservation for 14 people here to celebrate our engagement with family and the experience was incredible!
I reached out to the restaurant in advance to make the reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful answering questions and making sure that the reservation was correct. I then was able to follow up and pre-order appetizers for our group and the staff at Agricola made great recommendations that everyone loved.
Our dining experience was incredible and with amazing service from Marco everyone was thoroughly impressed! The food and drinks were phenomenal which added to the experience!
Additionally Agricola made the night very special writing a card for my Fiancée and I and presenting us with a congratulatory dessert!! I would highly recommend Agricola to anyone and especially for special occasions or celebrations!!“

“We came to this restaurant for our anniversary. This was our first time here and we had such a wonderful dinner. Great service, terrific drinks. The food was fantastic. We will definitely be back. The prices were fair and reasonable. They have an awesome drink selection and the desserts were delicious. Our server was Carolyn she was wonderful and really made our night! We will definitely be back. I think it's our new favorite restaurant!“

“This was our favorite restaurant for years when we lived in NJ. We were in area last week (after 15 years). WOW - the menu, the food, the cocktails, the service and effort put into everything is still FABULOUS! Our dinner on Friday was so good, we ate there again on Saturday night. “Great location, wonderful ambiance and an excellent spot for large groups. I had a table reserved for 10 and, as usual, some of us arrived much earlier and started w/drinks and a few appetizers at the bar. Unfortunately, we felt rushed by the elderly hostess, who repeatedly kept approaching us at the bar attempting to seat us 15 minutes before our reserved time. She was daunting us while we were enjoying some pre-dinner cocktails. Her unprofessional attitude created unnecessary stress for my entire party.“

“Wide and varied selection of handhelds- burgers and sandwiches which come with fries that's golden crisp. Reuben Swiss on rye. Wonderfully melted cheese and succulent thin shaved brisket beef. Seated ahi tuna on arugula with sauce on the side was a bit plain.“

I am so surprised that I haven’t been to Mandara’s before considering that I have been frequenting the Essex County area for the past four years. Decided to go for dinner tonight and we can’t wait to come back!
Highlights:
You HAVE to try the pizza, one of the best margherita pizza’s in this area and the chicken marsala was phenomenal! The portions are generous!!
The service was amazing, our waiter came by to check in on us at appropriate times, they brought over extra napkins without us even having to ask, and were attentive to our requests.
Overall, ambiance was amazing, great food with huge portions, and amazing staff!“

“Don Pepe never disappoints! Their food is absolutely amazing, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. I ordered a calamari to go, and the bartender (a super friendly guy) was fantastic. He was incredibly nice and even threw in a huge piece of bread—easily 10 inches long! Definitely enough for leftovers, which was a nice surprise. The little details like this make the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Dinner choices were great, I was only sorry to not order the soft shell crabs which were on special that night! What we did chose was cooked to perfection , the stuffed flounder for me and a pasta dish with scallops & shrimp for my hubby, we thoroughly enjoyed them. It was our 1st dining experience here, and will definitely be back; but we were already familiar with the Seafood Market that they have since we've purchased fresh fish during Lent which was totally great!“

“Nice place. Service wasn't great. We had a new waiter, and he was not the greatest. He didn't pay attention to what we ordered, kept reminding him when we came back to the table of the items we ask for, nor the 1st or 2nd time, but the 3rd time. The atmosphere and food experience kind of override the service. I will definitely go back, but make sure I have someone more attentive and experienced.“

“Our waiter Henry was AMAZING Very attentive Helped with dinner selections Asked if we would like bread I asked for olive oil for dipping the bread Henry brought me olive oil as well as balsamic vinegar, fresh ground pepper and fresh parm for the oil I had the halibutandbeet salad and my son had the hangar steak and gnocchi Food was AMAZING! Seasoned to perfection We came here because my husband was in the hospital but would gladly come back again for dinner with my husband“

“This is by far our favorite restaurant in New Jersey. The food is always exceptional, and the service is always friendly and impeccable. We celebrated my husband‘s birthday, and they treated us to a glass of champagne and a dessert. We always leave with a smile.“
