“Ordered for the first time from China Wok yesterday (influenced by icharmed's review posted two months ago) and I am happy to share my very pleasant experience. The help I received from Daniel regarding ordering online for delivery was great and the food was hot when it arrived quickly with a very nice delivery man. The hot and sour soup was the BEST I've had in a very long time. The egg roll was tasty. My sweet and sour pork was good and very filling. Today I am looking forward to my mixed wonton egg drop soup and my house special lo mein - I sampled both yesterday and was very pleased. I wasn't familiar with the menu and she guided me on what to order and she didn't disappoint. I had the pickled pepper soup and my boyfriend and I couldn't eat it fast enough. “The food is pretty greasy so it's a bit of an acquired taste, but I feel like if you love Chinese food you will love this place. The boneless ribs and chow fun are the highlights, also nice that they have shrimp rolls. The ribs have a ton of Chinese five spice and ginger flavor which is unique. They do almost all of the classic dishes quite well. Pay cash because you get free drinks.“

“It’s pretty good but I’ve only been here once. I’ve tried a lot of Asian fast food places and their food is better than average. The lo mien is tasty, not too salty or dry. I also got the sesame chicken which was tender but just a lil too strong with the seasoning (kind of salty). The tofu was reallly good!! Nice customer service too.“

Wow! Firstly, very lovely first impression walking in and being seated. I am a big fan of the robin-egg colored tableware and the Miniso Dundun chicken timers lol. The place felt very clean and fresh, upon arriving.

Food:
The broth was extremely rich and flavorful! Genuinely tasted like it was prepared for a long time (10 hours) just like they advertise! It tasted very savory and it pairs well with the chicken and the other sides! The fish maw white fungus, chinese yam, pumpkin, and hand pulled noodles were all very fresh and high quality. I personally loved how chewy the noodles were after cooking it!

Our order was 2 servings it felt like a reasonable price. Definitely satisfied with the portion size given that we felt pretty full afterwards.

Service felt very welcoming and friendly.

“Randomly found this place after food shopping one night and its officially our fav spot ! They open late til 1230am ! Jay and his staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Told us their special dishes and what to come back to try next time! We got their green peppercorn broth with snakehead fish recommended by Jay and boy it hit the spot! U can add on toppings and it comes with rice! We enjoyed it so much we are already planning our next late night visit and plan to take the fam here!“

“I ordered from this Chinese restaurant for the very first time to celebrate the grand opening of my nail salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! We got Yang Chow Fried Rice, General Tso’s Chicken, Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, Chow Fun, and the Orange Chicken Combo.

Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The Yang Chow Fried Rice was light and tasty, the General Tso’s Chicken had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy with a crispy bite, and the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce was packed with flavor and came with fresh, juicy shrimp. The Chow Fun had a great texture and was very satisfying. But the star of the night was the Orange Chicken Combo—crispy, sweet, and absolutely delicious. All of our guests loved it, and several even asked where we ordered from!

On top of the great food, the staff was friendly and the service was excellent, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!“

“A small takeout Chinese eatery with a fairly standard menu selection bearing high average prices. Hong Kong Express serves americanized Chinese fare. Set in a small strip mall, there seems to be adequate parking. Upon entering, the first impression is clean. Featuring newer furnishings, decor and construction. As a child took my order and payment, this is clearly a family business.
So I've only had one dish at this place. I can say for freshness of ingredients, it's excellent. For amount of meat added, average. Unfortunately my dish was extremely bland. I had to add 7 packets of various sauce and that was still not enough. As I make this dish at home, the main sauce is soy. I wish I had grabbed more.
Speaking of sauce, no sauce, forks, chopsticks or napkins were added or offered. I'm glad I checked and added on my own.
This business succeeds in 2 major ways most other Chinese places don't (freshness and cleanliness). I hope I just caught an off dish. I'd return, but until I had a better dish, I wouldn't recommend.“

“China Garden is definitely one of the best spots around if you’re looking for affordable and delicious Chinese takeout. The food is consistently good — flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. When you pick up your order directly, the prices are very reasonable. I spent about $18 for two full meals, which is a great deal considering the portion sizes.

Just a heads up: if you order through Uber Eats or other delivery apps, the total can get pretty pricey with fees and markups. So if you want to keep it affordable, picking up is definitely the way to go.

I placed an order online and was it was delivered 20 minutes early. We ordered the kung pao chicken (extra spicy) combo, sesames chicken combo and wonton soup. All were tasty and fresh.
