“Vietnamese food is one of my favorite cuisines so I've had a lot of Viet food in my life. I've also been to Vietnam three times. So believe me when I say Saigon Bistro has really good Viet food! The grilled pork was delicious and juicy. Spring rolls were crispy and perfectly cooked. Summer rolls were also good. We also got the sweet corn pudding which we liked too. Oh service is great as well. We'll be back many times.“
“This place is very good! The prices were super reasonable and the pho was as good as any other place I have been to in Bergen County. The young woman that waited on us was very nice and our food came out in a couple of minutes. This is my new favorite spot for pho.“
“Pho 32 closes at 9:30 PM, and we arrived just after 9 PM. Despite the nearing closing time, the owner, Kwon, graciously allowed us to dine. Throughout our meal, he never rushed us or did anything similar, patiently waiting as we finished. This was exceptionally considerate, as some restaurants often refuse patrons so close to closing and tend to rush them during their meal. The soup here was also delicious. “Loved loved loved this place. We ordered shrimp summer rolls, coconut shrimp rolls, crispy shrimp rolls, crispy pork rolls, and I ordered P2 which was a Pho Rare Eye-round. We also ordered grilled pork chop rice vermicelli. I was very happy with everything I tried. The pho broth was delicious and the grilled pork chops had so much flavor. Their appetizers were amazing and they bring out a lot of side dishes. One of my favorites was this yellow radish.“
