“TC’s Little Taste of Saigon was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish.

My wife and I stopped in and were blown away by both the food and the warmth of the place. We ordered the pho with medium rare meat, spring rolls, and the chicken stir fry — and every single dish delivered.

The pho broth deserves special mention. You can immediately tell it’s made with care and time. Rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful without being heavy — the kind of broth that keeps you going back for “just one more spoonful” until suddenly the bowl is empty. The medium rare beef was tender and perfect, and the balance of herbs and freshness brought everything together beautifully.

The chicken stir fry was equally impressive. The layers of flavor really stood out — savory, slightly sweet, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. It felt thoughtful, not rushed, and you could taste the care in every bite.

The spring rolls were fresh, crisp, and a perfect start to the meal.

Beyond the food, this is exactly the kind of mom-and-pop place you hope to find. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly service that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows.

“We picked up our beef pho as usual it was very good. Place is great for takeout. The broth and temperature were perfect. We have ordered three times and they have always been consistent with the seasoning and service. In terms of atmosphere, they have a small seating area the place was clean . “I absolutely love this place. The Pho here is seriously the best pho I’ve ever had. It’s extremely flavorful, the noodles always come out perfectly soft and the meat perfectly cooked. They have sauces at the table available like Sriracha , Hoisin Sauce and a Homemade Chili sauce. Their spring rolls are very refreshing and pairs deliciously with their peanut sauce. Their fried spring rolls are also super amazing, always come out hot and delicious which also pair nicely with the fish sauce they serve it with. Their Jasmine Boba Tea is to dieeee for, as well as their Avocado Shakes. I also recommend the bowl that comes with BBQ Pork, salad and Vermicelli noodles. The service is always quick and their servers are super kind. I believe the older couple who is always there are the owners and they are absolute sweethearts. I genuinely love coming here, I visit the place at least once a week on weekends. Check this place out and you won’t regret it!“
