It was very difficult to choose what to get because the whole menu sounds incredible. I was worried the food would be too heavy but there's a large selection of healthier looking options as well. I tried the dulce de leche with coconut and wow… it was love at first bite. Sweet but not overwhelming, with the perfect chewy texture. It’s huge too — definitely shareable, but honestly, you’ll want it all for yourself.

The vibe is cozy, the staff is fast and friendly, and even with the line, it’s worth every minute. If you’re around Central Park or the Upper East Side, don’t leave without grabbing one. Trust me — once you taste it, you’ll never look at cookies the same way again. 🍪✨“

“What a great experience, we came on a Friday night our first time in New York City celebrating joint mine and my boyfriend’s 21st birthday and also anniversary, this place was incredible. The staff really went above and beyond for us and treated us so well next time we’re in the city we’re definitely returning. They very kindly brang out a lemon sorbet desert for us to on the house. The vibes and the atmosphere of the restaurant are also great. A bit more on the pricier side depending what you get but worth every penny“

“The first time I tried them was at the Rockefeller center which I saw it on TikTok and wanted to see if it was worth the hype. I got the s’mores hot chocolate back in December 2024 and omg the best hot chocolate ever don’t go to any of the hot chocolate spots except this one because this was truly worth the hype. Now I went to go to their actual store (Sep 2025) they had a S’mores frozen hot chocolate which I got that, the customer service was amazing! The guy & girl were really nice. Now on to my drink which was the first time I had frozen hot chocolate and it was amazing!! I had an overall great experience and definitely will be coming back again. 🤎☕️ (I’m also picky when it comes to food & drinks so when I tell you it’s worth it! It’s definitely worth it!)“

“I have frequented PFchangs for many may years at this same location. I Mia say the last two times the food has not been the same. Perhaps the chef changed or style of food preparation changed. Egg drop soup taste beefy instead of eggy. Chicken lettuce wrap had a distinctive taste as well. All in all food is too salty. Must say the staff is amazing!!! Had drinks at bar and bartender was great, both in making drinks as well as personable. The waitress for dining was wonderful too. It was a Wednesday so the restaurant was very quiet and only 3 other tables occupied.“

The staff was friendly and attentive, Marco and Roberto ensured our evening went smoothly from start to finish. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We started with an assortment of antipasti & family style appetizers that were fresh and bursting with flavor. My guests enjoyed a variety of dishes, from delicate seafood pasta to juicy skirt steak, and everyone left raving about their meals. The portions were generous, and each dish felt like it had been prepared with so much care and attention. To top off the meal, we indulged in classic cheese cakes, chocolate cake, espresso, cappuccino…all with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, this restaurant made my birthday celebration extra special. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and cozy atmosphere created the perfect dining experience.
