“One of the employees at this location made (my) perfect jersey mikes sandwich order and I am about to call the store and ask for his name because I wanna thank him by name but I didn’t wanna wait to leave this review. I come to this location a lot since I work in the area and they are always good, no complaints. This one employee was so nice too, even tho he had a line and very mean people in front of us, gave us a smile… cool. He finished with “the juice” and asked me if that was good and I said “perfect 👍🏼” because I felt it. I took my sandwich and got stuck in traffic… if you’re a sandwich connoisseur you know what that means. Yup, soggy sandwich. TO MY SURPRISE… I got to my destination and the sandwich was intact, perfect. I finished my sandwich a little while ago and I’m still thinking of this interaction because it made my long tired day feel so much better. 💙❤️“

“Caveat, I did go here pregnant after fasting for 15 hours for a blood test so this is a very biased review. I had the chicken parm on the rosemary potato focaccia. The bread was fresh. Sandwich was warm. It felt like a hug. It was just what I needed. Very small seating area so definitely more of a togo spot but I was ravenous, undeterred and a bit delirious so inhaled the sandwich there and then got a Nutella filled donut to go.“

“I always come in the afternoon and evening but the employees are a bit rude and not attentive to details, i was out late with my husband and we were shocked to see it open by 12.30am, we were told later its 24hours.
The manager on duty moe was great, pure example of great customer service and great with people, amazing multi tasker, he was doing our orders and food delivery orders at the same time.
Store was clean and music was beautful, atmosphere was great. I actually sent my husband twice last week late in the night to make sure we are served by moe.

“If you were looking for a cup of coffee and a sandwich at 4:30 a.m. this is your spot! I've been in here several times, and the place is spotless. They only have one small table to sit at, so you shouldn't plan on eating there. There's a big menu and the coffee is always fresh. I always see the same guy working there, and you can tell he knows what he's doing. If you are in the area and need something quick and easy and reasonably priced this is the place to go.“

It just smells like delicious subs. We realized, after speaking to the wonderful owner, that we've been getting the BEST subs in the world at this location for over 40 years! My pick is a "Blimpies Best" (extra oil & vinegar) honestly it was perfect. My husband gets a turkey & provolone which was terrific (he gave me puppy dog eyes & got a huge chunk of mine too)
Eateries come & go but the best stay, this is worthy of place in your rotation.
I should also say that I live in Nutley with quite a few Italian delis & pizzerias so if I'm saying the Italian sub (Blimpies Best) is terrific that's saying a lot.“

“Heard about this place online for their famous steak sandwich and decided to take the trip since it seemed relatively close to my neighborhood. Ended up taking a little longer than usual because its in a very population dense area with a lot of traffic and parking was brutal. I wouldn't say it located in the worst area but it's defiantly not a nice area, anyways on to the food. the restraint itself looks very old and beat up but who cares menu has 1 sandwich on it and it's cash only. Id recommend any foodie to come try this place at least once because its a food journey but the traffic and parking and cash only are enough of a hassle to keep me away unless I'm directly in the neighborhood, also try to eat it there because the trip home will take too long.“

“FARIA IS THE BEST!!! I come here almost everyday for work on my break. I get the good looking sandwiches. If you are a subway fan then you know Cookies matter just as much as the sandwich. At other sandwich shops, we usually buy a whole sandwich and split it into two meals each. Here, we’ll easily get four meals because of the generous size. “Pastrami by the pound! I set up an entire meal at home for family with what I can bring home from Pastrami Queen. There are no pretenders here and its worth finding this little spot to get the real deal. I leave a tip in the jar for the fellows that make all of this good food, and I have always had only the very best Pastrami from them.

I came in for lunch around 11:40 AM, and even with a line of 8 customers plus online orders coming in—and being the only two there—they handled everything with efficiency and care. Each customer was served in a timely manner, and they never lost their friendly, kind attitude. By 12 PM, every customer had been served and left happy!! It’s rare to see that level of consistency under pressure. They both truly deserve praise and recognition!“
