“Frenchy's is such a fun, pleasant dive with bar food and drinks. Often they have music that is played so loud that you can't talk. Parking can be a problem. Small lot and street parking. Oh, and part of the movie The Wrestler with Micky Rourke was filmed there.“

“Lucy made the entire experience a please. She was attentive, friendly and professional. We were there to celebrate my father's 86th birthday. Lucy made sure to make the occasion a special one, recomended a few entrees to my parents, and brought out a dessert for us to sing happy birthday without us even asking. She also told us which desserts were her favorite and we chose 4. Overall it was a great time and when we go back we will request her to be our server.“

Several dishes stood out, especially the scallop course, which was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The duck dish was another highlight—rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. It’s also BYOB, and they offer some excellent non-alcoholic drink options that pair nicely with the meal.

Dessert was the perfect ending, with a bright lemon cake and a decadent chocolate dish that were both outstanding.

“Tracy was out waiter. She was fantastic. She gave us the history of the restaurant and made some great suggestions. I'm not a huge guac fan but the tuna tartare with that layer of guac on top was fantastic. The steak frites were excellent. My husband had the dry aged burger, it was juicy and tasty. It was our first time there but it certainly won't be our last.“

“We have been here many times before A play at Papermill Playhouse and have always enjoyed this restaurant however, on this one occasion, we were a little disappointed as the price fixed menu was no longer available, even though it was still on their website and also the service was very slow and no one ever checked on us to see if we needed refills for our beverages. “Great Food, Great Service Great Atmosphere. So we were bummed when we saw they closed the original location because how much we loved the place. We were relieved when they announced they were opening up in a much more appropriate and highly upgraded venue. This was perfect timing for us to celebrate our 9 year anniversary here. Upon arriving the inside captures the comfort and style of the Livingston location and then improves upon it with the beautiful outside seating area. Now onto the food which is just as good if not better than the original location im glad to see the quality has remained consistent. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wifes pasta dish was packed with quality flavor. The drink menu was definitely brought to the next level as well everything seemed like it was fine tuned and everything we tried was on point and had its own unique delicious flavor profile. Andy behind the bar was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to about the different cocktails. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was great it wasn't youre traditional kind but we loved the spin they put on it with the cake and ice-cream. Lastly for service Jonathan took amazing care of us and made our special day very memorable along with the rest of the staff. Everyone that came by the table was professional and had a smile on their face. They all seemed happy and took pride in their work which was nice to see. We will definitely be returning in the future. I implore anyone that reads this to visit and support this wonderful place.“

“I tasted Bullhorns Burgers, and it was sooo good. The burger was super juicy and packed with flavor, with fresh toppings that made every bite satisfying. The bun was soft, the meat was perfectly cooked, and everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. It felt filling without being too heavy, and the fries on the side were crispy and delicious. Definitely a place I’d go back to when I’m craving a really good burger. 🍔😋“

“Delicious food. Great service by Sydney! It started with amazing honey bread at the table. Flatbreads yum, especially the one with fig topping. Muscles, tuna tartare, noodle flush, brussel sprouts, calamari salad, and more! All yum! Would absolutely go there again. We had 8-10 people and the service was excellent.“

“We stopped by after an event at NJPAC on a Sunday afternoon and had a fantastic experience. The grilled feta with cherry tomatoes and pita bread was absolutely to die for. I had the braised short rib and my partner had the shrimp scampi—both were excellent.
For drinks, I tried the Fig Mule and the Buchanita (both great, though I preferred the mule), while my partner really enjoyed the Spiked Southern Tea. Overall, a wonderful meal and experience—highly recommend!“

“A group of us decided to give this restaurant a try after a round of golf. We were so happy we did!!! What gem. The atmosphere was very nice! Great bar with plenty of TVs. Nice restaurant area. The food was the highlight! Great food! We had possibly the best wedge salad I have ever had. Trust me. The rest of our group had salads, wings, fish tacos and burgers. All great! The food was incredible. Every single item tasted fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. We had more than enough for everyone, and guests kept going back for seconds. So many people came up to us just to say how good the food was.

What really stood out was their service. They were organized, attentive, and made sure everything stayed stocked and running smoothly throughout the event. We had a good number of guests, and they handled it all without any issues. It gave us peace of mind so we could actually enjoy our son’s special day instead of worrying about the food.

“New Providence Bar and Kitchen was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. We came for lunch and immediately the staff made us feel very welcome. The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites.
