“Wish Upon a Pastry is a great Disney Inspired bakery in NJ. Michele and Torre, the owners are so nice and great to work with. They have really unique baked goods that are all absolutely delicious. They also take special orders. They are not dedicated gluten free but they offer a lot of gluten free options that are just as delicious as their other bakery items. “My partner showed me a plate of carnitas while at Columbus Circle and I said YES PLEASE so he ordered and we walked to this little cute spot and asked to please eat it inside since it’s freezing outside and I needed to use the restroom after eating and was pleasantly surprised the food was DELICIOUS I ate the entire plate! The meat is savory and the sauce was YUMMY. It had a little punch and tasted like a thousand island sauce but yummier. I recommend this place 100%. “Absolutely the best bagel there is. Each one no matter the flavor is a delight. And their food that they put on the bagel is delicious. Get there before 3;30 PM if you want sliced cheese because they close the slicer at 3;30. I know if I get there at 3;32 PM the slicer is off. So I get tuna fish instead and it’s about as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and do a good job. What a place!“

“There is so much positive vibes and a flow to how the traffic comes in and leaves. Never have to wait long for a sear to dine in or do some work to prep myself for the day for work. Or to just sit alone reset or plan the layout of my day

This location is small not much choices of all the items available and also seating is limited but the space is small to begin with.

The staff is so caring warm and attentive. Every pastry beverage and prepared products are fresh and staff is out and about moving items cleaning and restocking as soon as they see the need for it.

This is my frequented little cozy shop and I wouldn't have it any other way“

“WOW! I have life long dairy allergies and recent celiac diagnosis and I am so happy with this bakery! Since Erin McKennas bakery closed in NYC I’ve been on a hunt for a bakery that meets my allergen needs as a lot of vegan bakeries are not also nut free or don’t offer gluten free baked goods. I got a cookie and some of the No Whey chocolates and my partner got a cake truffle and cupcake. The cookie was amazing and my partner said the cake truffle was really good too (they didn’t get a gluten free one). I am happy to know that I have a safe bakery that I can go to and recommend to my family. Will be going back here!“
