“The food here is fresh and really really delicious. The spicy chicken shish tawook is so tender and has just enough of a kick. The platter comes with 2 sides--I got the salad and the rice--both fantastic. I'm sure the fries (the other option) would have been just as good. The garlic dipping sauce is out of this world with such great flavor. The restaurant was not crowded, so the waiter only had 2 tables, so the service was pretty good. The mint iced tea was also light and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you enjoy authentic, fresh, deliciously prepared Lebanese food. A+. Reasonably priced and really hits the spot! I'll be coming back for more!!“

My younger 16 year old son took me there ( he gets it on his way back from LA Fitness ) and I just loved the spicy hummus, pita chips, great rice pudding which the gentlemen at night recommended , and the chicken bowl with garlic sauce … what a delicious meal. “Absolutely love this place. Been coming here for years and its been delivering consistent satisfaction. Their lunch specials are superb. Dinner menu is also great. Great grilled meats, salads, mezzes, and top it off with some authentic turkish deserts. I only wish that they had the doner kebab available all week instead of just the weekends, but I guess some things are so good you have to wait for it.“

“I am glad I saw their delivery van when I was driving by. I did a Uturn and hoped I stumbled on a yummy bakery. This place is gem. Small space for dining in so I decided to order a cappuccino and almond croissant to go and drive to a nearby park. I also got a container of their poppyseed hamantaschen cookies. Everything was top notch and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. First authentic croissant I have had in recent memory. I really appreciate that the baked goods were flavorful and not sugary. The branzino was was charred perfectly, retaining the perfect flakiness and moistness of the fish fillet. Cap it off with baklava and Turkish coffee. They won’t rush you here. “Good experience, I ordered the chicken pita shawarma. It was quite delicious, the bread and all of the ingredients felt very fresh. The seating inside is minimal, so it may be tough sit down with others, which is why I took my order to go. The interior is very nice. Would recommend a visit.“

My son's Eggs Benedict was delish and the bread wasn't the usual English muffin instead a thick slice of heavenly toast. The avocado toast was unbelievable and scrumptious. I had both Arepa dishes...both very good but the beef and cheese was exceptional :)Look forward to going back!“

“You may think this is a divey diner but, no, it is certainly not. It’s a cute and cozy spot with good food. They have a number of Mediterranean dishes which was lovely to behold. I had a side order of hummus which was clearly homemade and it was a generous portion. So much so that I had to take my tuna sandwich to go. Even the sandwich was enough for two people. The smoothies looked yummy, as I saw many customers ordering them. Next time! There about 8 small tables so it may be tough to find a seat; however I was able to get one for just me. You did need to order food at the register but they will bring your order to your table. Also everything was surprisingly affordable for upper Montclair.“

“One of the best Moroccan restaurants in the area. The Chicken Tagine and the Lamb Tagine was excellent and you can enjoy their delicious saffron rice all by itself. “This was another first for us but after reading the reviews we decided to try it. We went around 6:00 so we were seated right away. Service was fast. My son wanted a burger my husband ordered the steak sandwich and french onion soup and I ordered the shrimp scampi. The only thing I was a little disappointed was that the shrimp scampi came with nothing you had to pay to put rice and broccoli as sides so that made it a little pricey about $40. We didn't wait long for the food and the food was delicious none of us had any complaints very tasty nice size portions. Once we received our food the restaurant became a little bit more crowded and then nobody ever came over again to ask us if we needed anything or even wanted dessert. So we just asked for the check. In total for two drinks, a Shirley Temple a soup and three entrees the check was about $100 which we thought was very reasonable. The food was delicious and again the service was good up until the end when they got a little busier but other than that I think we would definitely go back. We parked on the street. The parking lot isn't that big but I think you can find plenty of parking in the neighborhood.“

For the wintertime chills, I’d love to see some kind of half wall or barrier go up to keep it warm inside when the door is open. All the food is great, but I recommend trying the cheesesteak - so good, it gives the best spot in Philly a run for their money. If you love their shop in SO, you’ll love this one too. We ordered the fried Asiago cheese as an appetizer. It was crispy but had no flavor. I wish it came with a sauce or something (like a sweet drizzle would have made it better). We also tried two sandwiches, the beef brisket and cheesesteak sandwiches. The beef brisket was good, the sauce was a little sweet, and the beef wasn't too dry. The bread tasted fresh and I like the amount of ingredients in the sandwich. The cheesesteak wasn't the best. It had a cucumber wasabi sauce that wasn't the best. The meat was well cooked though. I just think the sauce isn't for everybody. I think I would order again from here. The prices were decent. Each sandwich came with a large amount of fries and the sandwiches were pretty filling.“
