“I came to First Watch for the very first time last Thursday and had an outstanding experience. Sheila was my server and could not have been more helpful, kind, and patient. I’m usually indecisive, but Sheila guided me by suggesting, “You could get the best of both worlds with 2 for you,” which was perfect. I chose the Roast Beef & Havarti (she recommended having the roast beef heated, and it was spot on) along with the Chicken Avocado Chop Salad. The food was excellent, but the service truly stood out. Sheila had a smile on her face the entire time, which brightened my day before class. I highly recommend both this restaurant and Sheila as your server!

“First time in NJ and I ordered delivery from this place to my hotel. The coffee was delicious, just like homemade, and they followed my instructions exactly on how I wanted it. “I eat breakfast here about 3-4x a week and the food is good. My only issue is that on Aug 12 2025 I ordered my usually breakfast sandwiches and instead of telling me they ran out of eggs they sold me the sandwiches at full price and yea beef bacon cheese on a roll with jelly does not hit the same without eggs. I didn't hold it against them and I came in today Aug 13 and me not even asking for anything free or any favors started to inform the woman at the counter what happened and she just cut me off mid sentence and asked for my order she clearly did not care. I left it alone and this was my favorite breakfast spot but today will be the last time I give them my business. The food is great tho.“

The interior is a bit animated with its menu signs and had the second largest seating capacity of the four places. All the other breakfast sandwiches are also really good, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve only had their breakfast so I can’t comment on their other food.

I’d mostly recommend takeout here, yes there is a seating area but it’s kind of small.

IHOP is truly an amazing place to indulge in pancakes! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly smiles. The variety of pancakes they offer is impressive—whether you’re in the mood for classic buttermilk or something more adventurous, there’s something for everyone.

We decided to order a combo meal, and it did not disappoint. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, perfectly complemented by the rich, flavorful maple syrup, which is definitely the best I’ve ever had. It’s a game changer that takes the experience to a whole new level!
