We called in had a beer and ordered the strip loin steak. I can say it was the best meal I’ve had in the USA in 2 months of travel including the Fairmont hotel group

Maybe the owner good lighten up a little bit but having to put up with all walks of life would get to you ?

“If you’re looking for the perfect local New York bar, this is it. Clean with a relaxed atmosphere and a nice selection of local beers on tap. I even got to meet owner Maggie and we had a nice chat about New York City.“

“This is a very laid back, no hustle bustle, type of bar. Small selection of beer on tap(like 13) but tried almost all and they are great. They 5 oz beer flights which is great for people not normally into IPA. The bartender is great, very informative and likes to chat. They also have a huge selection of sours, ciders, IPAs, and other canned items.“

“We are staying nearby so we have been here every day for the last three days (so far). The service is always great and we have enjoyed the food options, with one exception: on the menu the chili nachos do not mention that they include guacamole. My wife is allergic to guacamole so we were disappointed to see that. Luckily we could isolate it, but the menu should really list all key elements so that people know what they will be getting. We will definitely return again, though. The atmosphere is quite cozy and relaxed.“

We came with a big group, and the bartender was AMAZING and took our orders without batting an eye.
