Bruno came to the table multiple times to see how our meal was and to personally wish my daughter a happy birthday, showing genuine care. They brought her a plate full of gorgeous desserts, complete with lit candle, took our picture and put it in a card along with a note from Bruno for us to treasure forever. Basically there was an error in my order and without complaining or making a big deal about it the chef, manager and waiter went above and beyond to correct and make the situation right.

The customer service was impeccable and I would definitely come back to dine at Eddie V's!

Also I know they are known for seafood dishes, but the steak was delicious and NEXT LEVEL!“

“This place is authentic Brazilian rodizio with great meat selection insane salad bar with seafood and salad and Fejoada .we loved it excellent staff and the owners are hands on we dined on Friday and it was very busy but drinks came right away tasty caipirinia .We loved espresso martinis and my friend ordered chocolate martini yummm .Highly recommending .we took our time and we werent chased away from table .Very accommodating staff .Thank You and good luck“

The lobster bisque was exquisite, and our entrées which were a sliced filet and beef tenderloin with twin lobster tails was to die for. Heron made the experience that much better. The Tomahawk for two had great flavor, though it was a bit fatty in several areas. As a thoughtful touch, Emily even offered me a dessert to go, which I really appreciated. As for the sides, the mashed potatoes could have been better—they didn't seem freshly made—and the mac & cheese could've used a bit more attention to bring out its full potential.“

“BLT steak was one of my favorite places to have a good steak before the original one on 57th closed down. Wasn't sure what to make of Prime: It was solid but not spectacular.
The popovers are always delicious.
I was a little disappointed with the amuse bouche though, as it is the same one that they've served since BlT Steak opened all those years ago.
We got the wagyu picanha and the cowboy ribeye. The picanha was tender and the chimichurri added a brightness that balanced the fattiness of the wagyu. I was disappointed in the ribeye...it was supposed to be aged but didn't taste like it. And it wasn't nearly as tender as I thought it would be even though I got it rare (how I usually like my steaks).“

“Came in with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were warmly greeted by Ideneice and Jaire. Danny made a great dirty martini. Natalka took great care of us with wonderful suggestions. Willy and Luis were so attentive. Our steaks were perfectly cooked with hot side dishes. Natalka served a special dessert for my daughter and Amanda took pictures for us to cherish. I usually go to the Times Square location yet was in midtown so decided to try this one and it didn’t miss!! I experienced the same exceptional service, perfect steak, delicious food and the ambiance here is even better. The inside is absolutely beautiful and such a vibe!! “Tonight's experience was top notch from beginning to end. The hostesses Shequia and Neveah, are welcoming and respectful. Dinner was excellent tasting- crab cakes- no fillers!, tuna fresh tasting and miso cod to die for- exec chef is knocking it out of the park with his creative dishes backed by a great kitchen team and runners. Waitress alyssa is a maestro in her profession- always makes you feel special as does managers Sophia and Angela! Overall great high level dining experience“

“I had the pleasure of having my birthday dinner here on 11/30/24. What a lovely restaurant huge but very clean, nice classy decor. There was a DJ playing some nice afrobeats music! It wasn't crowded but we booked a reservation prior. We were seated right away. Everything on the menu sounded so delicious- we chose the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and my main entrée was Chilean SeaBass with spinach and my husband ordered lobster and shrimp spaghetti- my drink was an AfroMule-very yummy. So I will get to the appetizer first: this was our only disappointment because there were only 4 shrimp looked like they were maybe large and jumbo sizes- maybe they could at least add 2 or 4 extra shrimp for the price or lower the price for 4 or use colossal (think it was $22 or $24). so the Chilean SeaBass all I can say is Baybay it was absolutely delicious I wanted to lick my plate because the sauce Everything was perfect perfect! Side of mash was tasty as well. My husbands dish had a great taste but the only issue was the pasta was not cooked al dente-it was very under cooked and the lobster was over cooked and rubbery but because the taste was so darn good he ate it anyway. We did mention to the waiter who informed the chef and manager and they were super helpful and took care of it no problem- we appreciated that. The chef was so nice and friendly he greeted us in the beginning and on our way out. He even gave me a birthday shot of tequila! The staff surprised me with a happy birthday song and chocolate mousse desert which was delicious. There was also a young gentleman there taking photos but he doesn't work for the restaurant- he was respectful and we supported him and took photos and purchased one. Overall we enjoyed everything from the food to the service, music and ambience- i will definitely go again hopefully I can hear a band next time!“

“This was our first time here and we loved everything about it! We celebrated my husbands birthday so it was a special evening. The appetizers (oysters & cheesy crab dip) were delicious. It was plenty for 4 people to split. The steaks were cooked perfectly and served with this amazing garlic butter. The sides were so big we didn’t even finish (3) between all four of us. The server was attentive and super nice. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! I highly recommend for any occasion. it’s worth every penny!“
