“Place is a hidden treasure. Food is outstanding! The waiters were very welcoming, funny and very attentive without rushing us before we could ask for anything they were right there. The owner is super sweet with a beautiful personality. He makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. The food was phenomenal every dish was seasoned perfectly and portions were plentiful. The prices very reasonable for the service and food quality they provide. This is so far our favorite Italian cuisine restaurant I'm so glad we live close by we will be back. If I could give a 10 star I would!“

“10/10!!! We had such an amazing experience here ! We were visiting the area and were recommended this restaurant by our hotel attendant. I have to start off by saying our waitress, Monica, was wonderful ! She had such an amazing personality, was super friendly and helpful. She gave so many great suggestions of other places to try during our stay which was SO appreciated and helpful. Also, the food by Chef Ian was absolutely wonderful! I had the pan seared chicken which was to die for and the meatball appetizer tasted wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful experience and if we’re in the area again sometime, we will be sure to come here again!“

“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

“I'm always on the hunt for tasty gluten-free pancakes...and Columns Wine Bar serves it for brekkie! I had the Buckwheat Griddle Cake with apples / honey caramel-like butter. The pancake was light and fluffy sweetened by the apple topping. I still poured syrup all over lol! Others in my party had the Bruleed French Toast which looked amazing, and the toast & scramble. We all fought over the very tasty Patatas Bravas. Needless to say, we were quite happily stuffed. Who knew a wine bar can deliver delicious breakfast!“

You could feel seen and taken Care of without being overlooked. Asking tricky questions regarding the food or technices used in the kitchen was no problem for the staff to answer. This was especially true when it came to our host Michael. The dinning room was nicely designed, in a Way that give you room for yourself. But you could still hear and feel the joy of the other guests around you when they enjoyed their food. The food, was perfect. Im not a poet but it felt like a love letter to cooking. I Got invested in to every single component on the dishes. You also got the feeling that chef Christophe loves the ocean, with 2 of the dishes being chosen as oyster and langoustine. And the 2 multiple choise dishes I decided on were the scallop with caviar and the turbot. If you have the time and money this is a must visit.“

“We stopped in here for a pre-show drink and appetizer before seeing Wicked. This worked out great because this restaurant is right next to the Gershwin theater. They don't take reservations but we were able to walk in and get a table without any issue. It did start to fill up after some time passed but not too overly crowded. You do have to go up to the bar to order your food/drink but that didn't seem to cause any issue once we got the hang of it. The wine list is extensive and great -- the food was amazing. Especially the mushroom and truffle bread. Would definitely come again and highly recommend.“
