Our server was wearing flip-flops, and his toenails were quite long. I had a similar concern with the cleanliness and grooming of his hands and fingernails. In a restaurant setting, especially for staff handling dishes and serving food, I think a higher standard of personal grooming and hygiene would make a significant difference.

Oh and please don’t use AI for your menus, it’s devalues your business. Your dishes are beautiful, I can understand hiring a professional can be expensive, however using your smartphone and taking photos would give a you a more effective marketing strategy.“
