For instance, when there making sandwiches, they go from making one sandwiche right to the next without changing their gloves. Also not putting paper down before making your sandwich. “This is hands down my favorite soul food spot in the tristate area! I come here often, and the food never misses — it’s always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff treats you like family, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. If I could eat here every day, I absolutely would!

Just look at my picture — the proof is in the plate! The portion sizes are generous (I always leave with leftovers), and the way everything is plated shows real care. You can truly feel the love in every bite.

“I have to thank KK Sweets for the fabulous cake, cookies, macarons, and caneles. I couldn't have imagined a better cake. My idea of some of my favorite things on my cake, I thought couldn't be done. But KK Sweets came up with this amazing concept. That is totally me! And the witch's hat on top brought it together to match my theme of a "Salem Chic" 40th birthday party. It was too beautiful to cut, but we did...and it was delicious. The best cake I think I've ever had for any of my birthdays. The two young ladies working there tonight were both very pleasant and friendly, seemed generally interested in providing great service and did a delicious job making our sundaes. We've had less then good service at other local Carvel locations. Very glad we tried going there again.”

“Been fienin for a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich since my hometown tigers deli no longer exists.. This place caught me off guard because it looks like a house. The hospitality was great , nostalgic days with the guys in there talking sports and joking.

I ordered 2 pork roll egg and cheese sandwiches, they were out of Kaiser rolls but the back up bread was very fresh and good. Sandwiches were great. Pork roll was not thin either the thick slices...I would've took a picture but we ate it ?.

I’ve recently visited the Willingboro location same good food and Vibe, However the customer service I receive from the manager Sharif was outstanding Sharif went above and beyond, and I will definitely be a regular.”

Just wish the sauce and cheese went closer to the edge. But that’s our preference. Had terrific and efficient service from Ryan. FYI you can order it lite- so it is not as crispy or well, for more crispy and char. We didn’t make a request and it came out perfect. We ate in - booths are very comfortable and pizza always tastes better fresh out of the oven. Highly recommend.”
