It was great to try and extremely kind of the staff to offer, especially because there was no incentive for them to do so as we had already ordered.You can tell that the staff really care about making a great business. There was only 1 person working at the time but I didn't have to wait too long for my food. Since it's small, there are not many places to sit, so most people do to-go orders. I ordered an item from each category: * Grapefruit Green Tea Boba - 9/10 - I liked the grapefruit pulp that was mixed into the boba, because of the different textures. The 50% sugar was the perfect amount of sweetness. * Almond Chocolate Croffle - 7/10 - The croffle tasted a bit stale and it was cold, so I don't think they make it fresh. But, I did like the toppings. * Lychee Rose Ice Cream - 8/10 - I liked the small pieces of lychee throughout the ice cream and the rose flavor was not overbearing. Overall, I would come again to try the boba floats. I think they shine more for their drinks than anything else.“

“It’s downstairs in the market. It’s tight with no seating just for them but some in the open area. But it’s very crowded on a weekend. Just ordered one and it was ready fast. Checked in on yelp for 10% off.I got the classic with signature cream half sweet. Usually I am good with half sweet but for this one the tea flavor is a little strong so maybe I should have gotten 75% sweet. Still good though. They tell you to shake it up. They just call out the drinks. Not your name or a number. If they are making them fast enough, they shouldn’t have any mix ups.I do like they will sub your milk without additional fee.“

“I worked with Ma’s Tea House for a corporate event. Initially we wanted them to come on site at our NYC office location at make fresh bubble tea as people came into the office, which they do offer, but the building had a lot of specific requests which made it difficult to coordinate. We ended up deciding to switch to a delivery of 100 bubble teas in the morning for my event that same afternoon. From start to finish, they were very easy to work with and responsive. I stopped by the shop and Justin worked with me to decide on what would be best for delivery and what flavors would be good options. I even requested they add my company’s stickers to the cups along with their own and they did. Delivery was a little tough (but that was due to the location of the office in midtown, police officers not allowing vehicles to stop, etc.) but we eventually found each other for delivery and they helped bring the bubble teas into the building within the delivery time discussed.As for the bubble teas during the event, we decided on 50 white peach rose with strawberry popping boba and 50 passion fruit with mango popping boba. They were a HUGE hit and mostly gone within the hour from the start of the event which we didn’t expect. We were anticipating some leftovers by the end of the day, but in the end, there were none.Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other quotes that we received. Brian was great to work with. We would look to work with them again in the future!“

“The dolgana latte was a good blend of honey and coffee. The pumping spice really tasted like it should be and is earthy and doesn't taste artificial. My favorite was the sugar free vanilla latte. It was a good blend of sweet and again it didn't taste artificial.“

“I’m not much of a bubble tea guy but I went ahead and tried it anyway. I wasn’t really familiar with the different types of bubbles or teas so i wasn’t sure what I’d like or would enjoy. Luckily the worker on this particular day who I believe her name was Bridgette, was unbelievable helpful and took her time explaining what was in certain drinks that I found interesting or caught my eye. When I finally decided on a drink which was the Torched strawberry milk tea, I was in awe. The drink tasted amazing!!! She took her time preparing my drink and made sure it came out amazing which I really appreciated. The torch show was also pretty cool too! While she took her time, she made in a very timely fashion. Bridgette was very kind, and showed me a ton of respect. I’m glad my first experience trying bubble tea was at Cozy Tea and i’m really happy with how smooth and easy it was for my first time. Will definitely be back and hoping i’m able to catch Bridgette working as well!“

I ordered a large fresh milk taro with boba. The boba was sweet and chewy, but the star was really the fresh taro! It isn't the stereotypical taro drink, which usually comes out as purple (and most real taro I've seen aren't purple but a milky white color). You can't adjust the sugar in the drink, but I honestly thought the sugar in the drink itself was perfect! I was always really excited to drink up real taro chunks and found the milk really frothy and a great complement to the taro. The drink was a bit pricey at about ~$10 after tax, but definitely a special treat. I'd get this drink again, but there were many other items on the menu that I really want to try!“
