The choices are extensive; the intimate atmosphere is exceptional and best of all the wait staff are friendly, helpful and delightful. The displays of the desserts are mouthwatering. “Another wonderful and enjoyable meal at Limani. We had a late lunch on Easter and were seated right away. Our server came to our table immediately and asked what we needed while looking over both the regular and special holiday menus. Our wine was opened and poured and bread, olive oil and seasoning placed on the table. We were not rushed making our decisions even as a steady crowd filled up the restaurant. We all enjoyed our appetizers, entrees and dessert (we had to share because we were so full) and will definitely be back again soon.“
“We held my wife’s baby shower at this restaurant, and we have ordered from here on multiple occasions. First, the food is phenomenal. From the chicken kebab to the falafel, all of the food is fresh, and seasoned and cooked to perfection.Nora and her team essentially treat the entire restaurant, including patrons, as family. They welcome you with warmth and will work with you to do anything your heart desires, within reason. You will feel so close to Nora from the start that you will likely give her a hug before you leave.The baby shower was a complete success- the restaurant is beautiful without being too much of a spectacle- and even has a tuned piano, which allowed us to have live background music for the event.My wife had a wonderful day, and it was made possible by Nora and all of the great staff at The Bosphorus!Dietary restrictions: Vegan and GF friendlyKid-friendliness: We had 5 kids at the event so they made them chicken fingers and fries to be safe!Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, double door- we had someone in a wide wheelchair. “I tried EFI’s today from just passing by without looking at any reviews/ knowledge about the place i was PLEASANTLY surprised on the food! I got 2 lamb gyros and spanakopita to go. The lamb meat was GOOD but I got some nasty hard pieces. But, after getting rid of the pieces the gyros were great STUFFED with fries and I Loved it! I would 100% go back but i would personally try the chicken instead. The spanakopita was great and enough to share between two!“

“This is a great little Cafe. I walked in, place was clean, decor was awesome, staff were smiling and friendly. I got the vegan gyro bowl, and it was really good. It was packed with gyro and rice, i actually got lunch and dinner out of it. Sometimes plant based food in general has a weird taste, however, Pita Bowl's was great. This is my new spot for vegetarian eats.“
“Authentic Greek food down to the water. Super professional Gyros. Everything was delicious and Fresh. I tried a chicken Gyro and a Lamb Gyro. Both were the best i’ve ever had. The meat was seasoned perfect and tender. Gyros were filled to the max and were very filling with tzatziki sauce, lettuce , tomato , onion and even some French fries. I also had fried Lobster claws with a Remoulade sauce over cabbage slaw which was absolutely phenomenal and a chicken Souvlaki platter which was just as good as everything else. I didn’t make it to dessert but they had plenty of options from salads , Gyros, Greek platters and even flatbreads. I will definitely be back to try other things. Friendly service and lots of seating.“

“My family and I order takeout from here practically every other week! We absolutely love the food. It's great nearly every single time. I definitely recommend trying this place! “The food is solid. Had a falafel sandwich and hummus. They both were very good. My daughter and son had chicken and beef shawarma sandwiches and enjoyed them. The server was very sweet and kind and took good care of us. We are used to the location in Metuchen which is nicer inside. The seating was rather pedestrian. I think they were having problems with their exhaust, as there was an unpleasant smoke from the grill wafting in the air. “I order catering from here for our office lunches and it is always a HUGE hit. We have ordered Greek food in the past but nothing compares to Athenian Fresh Grill. The food is absolutely amazing and authentic. We order a bit of everything and have never had any complaints. Our guilty pleasure is hands down their freshly made pita!!!!The owner is also extremely nice, helpful, and attentive. I struggled choosing from the extensive menu and he has always put a great spread together for us.Highly recommend!!!“
“An opinion only. The food is good. But, they made it clear that they did not value me and my patronage. My sandwich was stuffed with french fries to justify their pricing. The cashier said she asked if I wanted it "Greek style" when she did not. (Not even sure what Greek style" is). And put the wrong sauce on my falafel. They did not like to be made aware of my service issue. They did not value me as a customer, shown by the way they spoke to me, so I will not be going back. That's a shame too. This was maybe my 3rd time ordering. No matter how good the food I can not spend money where I do not feel valued as a customer.“
