They have great chocolate ice cream and make delicious thick shakes with it. Their fresh baked waffle cones are very good and go well with most flavors of ice cream they offer. There's ice cream cakes for just about any occasion and even seasonal designs.“

“A few years ago, I was hired to write a series of articles about regional Italian cuisine. Since then, I have been looking for traditional Italian gelato. Until yesterday, I have been consistently disappointed. But this? It was absolutely EVERYTHING I had dreamed about. The prices weren't ridiculous, the bathroom was PRISTINE, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was incredibly, amazingly delicious. My only complaint is that I live too far away from your stores to get it very often. But about that? My hips are less upset about the distance. :) I will definitely be back, though!“

“A friend introduced me to Venchi Chocolate and Gelato, located: Columbus Ave, and now it’s my go-to spot whenever I want a quick sweet treat. What started as a casual recommendation quickly turned into a staple.

The gelato is unbelievably smooth and flavorful. Every scoop tastes premium and perfectly balanced. My go-to flavor is pistachio, but the seasonal flavors are always worth trying, too. And the chocolate selection is next level. Beautifully made, decadent without being heavy, and clearly crafted with care.

The staff are warm, welcoming, and generous with samples, which makes choosing even harder in the best way. The shop itself is clean and stylish.

If you love great chocolate and Italian-style gelato, this place is a must. You will walk in for just one thing and leave with a bag full of joy.“

The Falcons are super fresh and not artifical at all.mango is so accurate and the Ube is sweet but not too sweet with an aftertaste that is really similar to the real thing. Store is clean and cool. “The gelato is very good. I cannot recommend the hot chocolate - it's flavorless and doesn't taste like chocolate at all. (I got the signature dark hot chocolate). The biscuit and macaroon that came with the hot chocolate were both good.“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

What really sets it apart is the homemade waffle cone. It’s warm, crisp, and buttery, adding the perfect texture and aroma to every scoop. You can tell they care about quality and craft.

It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. “This is my new favorite ice cream shop! My girlfriend and I were looking for a vegan-friendly place to grab dessert and Noona’s popped up on the map. I’m sooo glad it did! Shantelle and Chinesa were both so sweet, helpful, and fun to chat with. My gf and I loved the flavor options, with unique flavors like black sesame and ube vietnamese coffee and multiple vegan flavors for my girlfriend. I ended up going with the black and white sesame cookie flavor — I’d HIGHLY recommend it. The prices are a bit higher than other ice cream shops, but not that much more than most specialty shops these days, but the topping and drizzle of your choice that come with the scoop made it feel worth the cost, especially since there’s lots of yummy and unique options for that as well. I got mochi topping and red bean drizzle, both of which were perfect additions. Give Noona’s a try for delicious, out-of-the-ordinary ice cream and super cool staff!“

“Wow! I have never had a better ice cream experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by Linda. Linda went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect gelato experience. At other gelato/ice cream spots, trying different flavors is usually met with annoyance by the employees, but Linda was happy to recommend flavors to us and let us try them to make sure we made the right choice. I love that Amorino lets you put as many flavors as you want in your chosen size. I was absolutely amazed by the richness of the flavors and textures of the gelato. And the service from Linda and Blu truly made it an EXPERIENCE. Will be back!!! I also love the seating area in the back.“
