“From all the hype and reels and videos about the place I expected a lot.
Ramen was good but a bit flat in flavors.
I ordered the combo set with added toppings but ended up getting the basic dish and only half way through the rest arrived.
The Macha desert was great.“

“Lobster roll is small but good for the price ($18 including tax). They didn't have the shrimp corn chowder so I tried the clam chowder. It was watery but ok, a little too much carrots for my taste. I would give the lobster roll a try, but due to the high price, I wouldn't buy it again (To be fair it's $22-24 in my home city and it didn't have as much lobster like this one). I would give a different type of soup another try though. I tried the lobster bisque - it was good! Worth a try!

“My daughter chose this for a birthday dinner. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. Audrey was our server. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, made great recommendations, she was there when we needed her without being there too often. I would highly recommend Rosella Sushi. Can’t wait to get back to New York City and return for a meal here. It also makes it extra cool when Chef Jeff is wearing a Florida Gator hat!“

“The waiters in white coats are busy behind the counter, the menu has not changed for decades, and even the lighting seems to have remained in the last century - this is the old New York I want.“

“I don’t know how it’s possible that a broth place had a better smoothie than half the smoothie places I’ve been to in New York but I’m not questioning. Congrats guys — you know high quality food and drink. Thank you! Will be back!“

“Loved it — everything was delicious, and the vibe is classic Chinatown energy. A true NYC institution (it first opened in 1938) and often called the second-oldest restaurant in Manhattan’s Chinatown, just behind Nom Wah. There are no frills—just reliable, flavorful dishes that stand the test of time. Definitely one of the best spots for late-night Chinese comfort food. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Sao Mai is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant and has been for the past seven years. My favorite dish is the cơm bù lúc lắc (beef cubes)—absolutely delicious. Their pho tai is incredible, and the shrimp summer roll is a must-try (I just add a dash of hot sauce to the sauce they provide). I love that it’s family-owned with a warm, friendly small-business atmosphere, and their prices are fantastic.“

“Dweji-gomtang (pork bone broth soup) is really smooth and clear. You could taste the richness of the pork while drinking the broth. The pork is slicing into really thin slices and it goes really well with the gochu-ji. The spicyness balances the greasy taste of the pork. The side dish kimchi radish is crisp and balanced the whole dish. The restaurant is a little bit small and doesn’t have a lot of space, but definitely worth a try for its pork broth soup“

“We went on a Wednesday evening around 6:00. We wanted a slow paced meal on our last evening after being rushed at all our other restaurants closer to the Theatres. This was perfect choice. Our waitress allowed us a pleasant stay and the food and wine were great. We had a bottle of Pinot Grigio, the 38 Salad, and shared the Short ribs, which were as good as advertised!!! The star was our waitress from the first hello....she is a rare gem in NYC...sweet, interested in you having a good experience, and efficient!!! Highly Recommend!“

“This is a prime example of a place you hesitate to Yelp about because you don't want too many people to know about it and thus run the risk of it being overly crowded. This place creates memorable meals. Employees are accommodating and cordial. Their classic menu items have earned their status. Future trips nearby will include this restaurant.“

“Kbap & Wings in Midtown Manhattan is the perfect spot for comforting Korean food under $15. The 6-piece soy garlic or snow cheese wings are a must-try for just $12—crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Don’t miss the chewy rice cake skewers or the hearty bulgogi kimbap. Pair it all with a refreshing Milkis, and you’ve got the perfect meal!“

“We took advantage of NYC restaurant week. Some in our party ordered from the standard menu. Benjamin's is a good destination restaurant for special occasions. Service is excellent and we were seated in a booth that gave us privacy for conversation. Food is outstanding, portions were generous and the menu is varied.“

“Excellent place, I have pretty much given up on buying lunch out because the disappointment ratio has become so high but today I decided to give it another try and just deal with the disappointment of another overpriced less than good sandwich. I work all over northern NJ and it has become very hard to find a real Italian deli however, today I stopped into Angelina's and although I already knew what I wanted I decided to ask what they recommend incase there was a special or maybe they have a best seller. They recommended "the Salvatore" which was exactly what I was after. The sandwich was the correct size and packed full of cold cuts. They didn't do the usual "let's keep making the product smaller but charge more" that you see everywhere. They make a true sandwich and charge a reasonable price. if you look up Italian deli in the dictionary there should be a picture of Angelina's its exactly what anyone who is over 40 years old remembers as a true New Jersey Deli. Thank you for a great lunch! I can't wait to get another job in that area so I can stop in!“

“Looking for an old-school midtown Manhattan bar with martinis, beer, and friendly staff? P.J. Carney’s Pub is the real deal. I’ve stopped in wearing professional clothes after client meetings and also in dance gear after class… either way, it’s relaxed and welcoming. So few bars in Midtown feel this easy. The wings are great, the drinks are strong, and the vibe is no-nonsense. In a city full of overpriced hype, this hidden gem near the N/W subway line stands out as one of the best neighborhood bars in Manhattan.“

“Luke's lobster is known for the lobster dishes, as the lobster rolls but I went there looking for a clam chowder (New England style) and wasn't disappointed. Creamy and tasty. I missed a touch of bacon, but I guess this is not on the traditional recipe.
And next time I should definitely go for the lobster roll.
It's a small and cozy place. You can dine in or take away.“

“I sat in for dinner on a Sunday evening. We had the seafood paella, the pesto pasta, and the Causa! The food was amazing. I didn’t know what I expect as I’ve never had Peruvian food but I think it’s my new favorite spot!! Ingredients were so fresh and flavors were incredible. The atmosphere was also very cute - great vibes, fun bar and good drinks. Highly recommend!“

“Honestly. Unreal. So delicious. The mera mera soba has a deep sesame flavor. Its creamy. But not too heavy. So fragrant. Delicious.
I understand why the ‘mera mera dip’ is an option now. It probably keeps the noodles from overcooking while they’re in the broth. The soup version (not dip) was amazing, but I’d try the dip next time to make sure the soba doesn’t keep cooking and get soft.
They have cold noodles / cold soba which looks amazing and refreshing.
The prices are ok. ~$18-20 per meal. For the quality, I think it’s worth it.
Nice place to seat solo or with a group. They have several bar/window seats, which makes it good for a solo eat.
I will go back for sure.
Cash only !!! No card/credit.“

“The food was super hot (temperature wise) and well seasoned, spice levels on point (but can request + - spice) The prices are really reasonable when picking up. Definitely recommend. Super nice service and quick food. We should be patronizing restaurants like these, independently owned by hard working people. Will definitely add this to my list of regular places to eat at/takeout.“

“I met a friend for breakfast and submitted two menu items for dinner.
The food tasted better than I expected, but while I was eating the soup I ordered, I felt a bit uncomfortable feeling the thin sand chewing on the rice.
I was halfway through eating it because I couldn't eat it anymore so I threw it away.
I enjoyed the dogani soup and beef stew, but while eating the soup, I felt the crunchy feeling of sand that I felt from the siraegi...
Ha... it was really bad.ㅠㅠ
I think it would be a good idea to wash the rice cooker more thoroughly.“

“incredible place. the mohinga is nothing like you would expect from a fish soup— the broth is light, mild, and the chickpea fritters compliment it wonderfully. we asked if we can purchase the fritters anywhere, and they said they get it from a friend who makes them at home and does not sell. the iced milk tea is strong and refreshing. the tea leaf salad with anchovies has the right crunch without any fishy smell and the chilli that comes with it adds a nice depth— it was rich in flavor without being spicy and just refreshing.“

“Sushi Dairo was suggested to me by a close Japanese Friend living in NYC. I was looking for authentic Japanese and I definitely got it...
From the staff and chef speaking fluent Japanese to the authentic Japanese omakase experience.
It definitely satisfied my craving for authentic Japanese when it was very hard to find a place that is authentic Japanese.
Chef Meguro'san was amazing and personable...
A must place to go :)“
