“From the start from when we first walked in, the place smelled heavenly of fried chicken. The restaurant was clean and had no odor except the delicious smell of fried chicken. We were there at 5:30. The service was friendly and my husband and I were even told about the plastic glove that the napkins and fork were wrapped in when the guy behind the counter handed us our food. They always have new items whenever i go and the mochi doughnut flavors are always unique and different every time (also delicious). there’s vegan and vegetarian options too so there’s truly something for everyone! The cherry on top is that they are always SO sweet and kind, always so happy to give this place my business.“

“If you want crunchy and juicy Korean fried chicken, this is the best around! Every bite was perfection. The crust is crispy and flavorful with their sauce. The chicken was hot and juicy as well as perfectly seasoned. When ordered as takeout, the sauce is on the side to keep the chicken crispy. Their other dishes and sides are good too.“

“If you see a sign that says Tomo Sushi, it's the right place. I was confused because I came for Hama Korean, but I talked to the owner of the restaurant and she said it's Hama Korean. I almost went back home, but I am glad I asked the owner.

I absolutely loved food - especially bibimbap - at Hama Korean and so good.

The sign may say Tomo Sushi, but when I asked the restaurant owner, he said it was Hippo Korean. The owners are the same and the food tastes just as good ^^“

The food was solid—flavorful, though a little heavy on the sauce. Still hit the spot. Parking isn’t great, but that’s pretty much the norm around here. You order on a big touchscreen, and the food comes out pretty quick. Not a ton of seating since it’s more of a takeout joint, but it gets the job done.“

“Wow wow wow! Our server was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was DELICIOUS. We were trying this place for the first time after our usual spot was closed for the holiday and we loved it. The dessert was also very delicious :) One thing we loved was the pleasant spiciness from the spicy mayo, it had a kick that made you want to eat more. We will definitely be returning customers! The neat stays moist and has absorbed some of the flavor from the sauce. it's no wonder that this is what they are famous for... The pork buns consist of a steamed rice flour bun with fried pork belly pieces with cucumber and Asian relish with a nice little bit of heat. The fresh veggies provide a nice balance to the oily pork belly. However they need more pork belly. Overall definitely on the list to go back...“
