“This place is one of the best places to have a healthy lunch in West New York. I am amazed that it doesn't have any review yet. I tried fish and also lunch specials twice out three times being there, I recommend fish and cow tail. A nice girl works there having very helpful attitude toward customers (unfortunately I don't remember her name but you will find her at lunch). You might have a little bit of problem communicating in english, but all of the times that I had lunch there, they prepared exactly what I meant. A meal size was more than enough for me and I am not skinny, unhealthy or anything. Did I mention the price? it is worth every penny.“

“La Nueva Elegancia is a spacious bar/restaurant that serves Spanish cuisine. They impressed as welcoming, obliging, and great table and bar service. La Nueva Elegancia also has live Latin music with DJs every other Saturday and, their dance floor can accommodate fairly large groups of dancers.“

“Hace poco hice un pedido para un evento social familiar por un valor de $540 pero decidí pagar con mi tarjeta de crédito, obviamente me cobran el impuesto tax 6.625% de venta, sin embargo, tuvieron el descaro de cobrarme un 2.9% adicional por el uso de la tarjeta de crédito. Cuando les pregunté, me dijeron que había un cajero (ATM) automático que podía usar, por lo tanto si lo pagaría en efectivo y solo pagaría $ 540. “Heard about this place online for their famous steak sandwich and decided to take the trip since it seemed relatively close to my neighborhood. Ended up taking a little longer than usual because its in a very population dense area with a lot of traffic and parking was brutal. I wouldn't say it located in the worst area but it's defiantly not a nice area, anyways on to the food. the restraint itself looks very old and beat up but who cares menu has 1 sandwich on it and it's cash only. Id recommend any foodie to come try this place at least once because its a food journey but the traffic and parking and cash only are enough of a hassle to keep me away unless I'm directly in the neighborhood, also try to eat it there because the trip home will take too long.“

“The best fried fish in town. Small husband and wife joint. Nothing fancy to witness but you can appreciate the food they serve it’s such a hidden gem and it’s my all time favorite spot. Took my friend here for lunch today for the first time and he said the best beans in this area hands down.“

“I forgot where this place was, cause I stopped real quick on my way to an errand. I was almost cross eyed from the hunger and see they had just put out fresh fried chicken. Perfectly friend and juicy, I’m excited to try one of the traditional breakfasts and soups too since a lot of people were ordering them as I sat there and ate. Very friendly and fast staff also. Super clean and welcoming vibes to eat. Try the melon or pineapple squeezed juices they make also.“

“Very juicy rotisserie chicken for a great price. its more of a place for locals but its once of those places you'd go twice a week. great bang for your buck and the hot sauce is great make sure to ask for it. the place isn't very inviting more of a takeout place and most of the employees cant speak english but thats not an issue for 95 percent of there customers. Id recommend sticking to the chicken and sides.“

“Small place very homey like. I have tried their soups ( very tasty filled with veggies and meat!), popusas ( revulto and cheese are my favorite!) honestly you could never go wrong with this place, it is always approximate 25 minute wait so call ahead. Very affordable prices.“

“Parking is horrible in this area so be prepared to spend some time looking for parking. It took us 30-45 mins to get parking.
Even the parking lot across the street was full.
Parking enforcement is constantly patrolling the area and in the parking lot.
Although the music was very loud, I loved the music they were playing. Old school salsa, cumbia and merengue.
There was a live DJ playing in the back.
In the front by the entrance where we were was the bar.
We were on a hightop table which personally, I do not like since I’m short.
The waitress did not stop to check on us and had to flag her so we could pay the bill and leave.“

“I am writing this as I sit here eating their food. I faithfully order from this place on Uber Eats once a week. It is amazing. Their Bistec Encebollado is my one food if I had to eat the same thing everyday forever. Prices are great too compared to how expensive food is everywhere nowadays. I went to go share the listing with a friend and saw they could use some fresh new reviews. Anyone who has something bad to say about this place has to be out of their mind. Love you guys. Avocado always amazing and fresh. Steak great. Onions fantastic. Rice very good. Tortillas that come with always fresh. I don’t eat the beans my girl does but she never complains about them. And the slices of lime to squirt over the food… the best.“
