“I went in tonight a little after closing and the guys were cleaning up. I asked if they wer3 closed and was told yes. When I asked if anyplace else sold lobster roll Will politely said he didnt know of any place. And was kind enough to make is 2 lobster rolls after closing. Delicious and generous portions. “The bread was very delicious. It was the best bread in the whole world! My mom said the vegetable side was mostly shredded cabbage and not great. My mom felt a little silly wearing the lobster bib. I don't know why though. She looked great! My brother said the food was very good, but he did not finish his burger because it was so big. My father also enjoyed his lobster meal as well.

“This place has great seafood. Had crab Imperial and it was really good. Had Manhatten clam chowder soup. And it was awesome. It was loaded with clams and had good herbs best I ever had. Can't wait to go back and try the other soups and seafood.“

I came here specifically for The Crab Au Gratin, something I rarely see on menus these days. I highly recommend pairing it with pasta in a butter garlic sauce. My husband said the fish and chips were excellent and we just came back from the UK. They had a nice kids menu and my son enjoyed the fried shrimp. The pricing was reasonable for a shore town. It's located between stone harbor and cape may. We'll return again!“

The highlight was talking to Joe and his wife. He is surrounded by his family and it shows that he is proud that they are all working together and serving a great product. “I have used Lucky Bones’s Eric three times in the last five years for catering parties at my home/in my yard. Twice I also booked waitresses with my party. The food is always delicious, the service reliable. We ran out of chicken tenders for the kids once and they brought over a new batch! Everything is set up as ordered and arrives on time. You can’t go wrong with them for your party. My father’s small after-funeral reception was in their back room and my husband and I eat at the restaurant at least once a month. Highly recommend.“

“Picked it because of the name TBH. We just recently lost our own Dave to cancer and I thought it would be cool. The worker at the counter was a sweetheart, even checking on us while we ate outside. “I grew up near the Chesapeake Bay and can tell you that Canal Side does crabs right. Their own seasoning blend is very good and they sell bags of it. The local crabs are just a bit smaller on average than Chesapeake crabs but that's ok, their flavor is great! 🦀“

Went Friday night they were able to accommodate our party of 13 very easily. Ordered a few different starters for the table. my friend loved the raw oysters and bang shrimp. We enjoyed everything from crab cakes to grilled chicken to the Halibut special and the ribs. We all enjoyed our meals and will most definitely be back again!“

Despite the well hidden acoustic attenuation panels on the ceiling, the dining area is very loud as the noise from the bars spills into that area. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and hustle to serve guests and reset for the next wave of patrons.“
