“We travel a lot, we try to eat places other than fast food when we can. Just happened to get in late and trying to find something to eat. Travis Wilson told us to have a seat and we would be taken care of. This was just before the kitchen closed for the night. He hustled to get our order in and correct. He did an amazing job. Travis, and Travis alone, is the reason why we will come back here. He really cares about his customers. Travis your service did not go unnoticed or appreciated. Thank you so much!!!“

“Bosque Brewery offers a solid experience, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The hummus platter was a highlight—tasty and well-portioned—while the beer selection was well-executed across the board. However, the atmosphere fell a bit flat. The staff wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t particularly engaging, which made the experience feel a little impersonal.

The building itself looks great from the outside, but inside, there were noticeable signs of lack of attention to upkeep. Given that Bosque has been around for a while and has multiple locations, I expected a bit more polish. Overall, it was a decent visit, but it didn’t quite leave the lasting impression I had hoped for.“

The food was reasonably priced, $30 for dinner for two. They have Asian, New Mexican, and some other standard fare. Food was hot and tasty - it’s not Michelin but it’s much better than we expected. If I was a local, I’d add this place to my roster.“

“Sophia was the sweetest and she checked on us 42 times and we really really enjoyed dessert first and our quesadillas!! She was so nice we wanted her to sit with us and share but she was too busy. “Had a lovely birthday dinner here! Tues & Wed is a pre fix menu. The dishes were quite unique as I have never had dishes quite like these (flavor and presentation). The service was perfect, attentive and informative on what we were enjoying. We even received complimentary prosecco for our celebration. The ambience was nice and dim but small inside and we were by a busy traffic door but there wasn’t much options for seating otherwise. Still a 5 star experience! Thank you for this one of a kind experience!“

The drinks are always well priced, there’s usually a table available to play even on league nights, though you might have to wait a little bit sometimes because it’s that popular. The staff is awesome across the board and the atmosphere honestly feels like Cheers… everybody knows your name and makes you feel welcome. Definitely worth the trip and a great place to relax, shoot pool, and meet some really great people!“

“So, yes, it's a little bit pricey. Now that that's out of the way... You're paying for the view and location. Our food was very good. Service was very good. We will definitely go back. I'm surprised we waited as long as we did after the rebuild. Oh, there were people there dressed relatively casual. No t-shirts, but many people in nice jeans. We've eaten on the bar/casual side a few times before and the experience there was also positive. Yes, check the prices before you go so you don't get sticker shock. But the truth is, two people could easily have dinner with no wine, appetizer or dessert for around $100.“

“I absolutely love this spot! A treat whenever we go for brekkies. Everything on their menu is delicious but my favorite if I'm in the mood for something simple is The Traditional. Eggs, (cooked perfectly every time), choice of ham bacon or sausage. Their bacon is absolutely the best in town! Green or red, both also TOPS, and I get either fries (no surprise here, the BEST) or pappas. Even though it's breakfast sometimes I can't help but to order one of their delicious beautiful cocktails.“

“Excellent breakfast dishes. Affordable and unique flavors. The surprise of our morning (my wife, two daughters and me) was the fry bread appetizer. Recommend you eat on the covered deck if the temperature is comfortable. Service was attentive but not excessive. Location is convenient in Bernalillo but just far enough off the heavily trafficked roads to give a serenity to the atmosphere.“
