Everything is made to order, beef tastes fresh, and you see the cook, on the flat top making your burger.
Come hungry, because the burgers are huge, not like the kiddy burgers the chains in Albuquerque serve.
Everyone working is so nice, anytime I’m up near cedar crest I have to make a detour to get my burger fix!“

“Went with a large group imcluding children. Service was excellent! I had their green chili stew and it was excellent. Thick chunky pieces of tender beef, green chili was hot enough but didnt burn your tongue. Potatoes were soft and tasty. It came with a nice hot tortilla. I ordered a large bowl and I was so full and even had enough to take home.“
“I LOVE THIS PLACE. Great atmosphere, the beer is great, all the pizzas are some of the best in ABQ area. I don’t know where they get their meat, but you can tell they put the love in their food and their beers. This is my weekly treat. Highly recommended to stop here if passing through.“

“This place is run by the same legends that operated the super king china buffet- probably one of the biggest losses from covid era IMO. These good folks are still here! Making great food. We commute from Belen every so often just to eat here. The gen tso is primo, they have the gift and they o not disappoint.“

“Not as good as my beloved Two Fools, but adequate. Fish and chips is not as good. I came because they advertised a particular beer I like which turns out they no longer carry. Apparently we walked in right at the end of a rush and it took fifteen minutes or so for them to get to us, That's understandable.“

“Had great food and service. My chicken egg foo young was great. I forgot to ask for a peanut sauce substitute up front, but they were extremely polite and accommodating and replaced it with brown sauce that was excellent. Mapo tofu and szechuan tofu were also fantastic.“

“We went for our first time and had a great experience. I ordered the combination plate with red cheese enchilada, crispy beef taco, chile relleno and sopaipilla. My wife had the sopaipilla with egg and chorizo. Kids had pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Everything was so delicious. I even learned that everything is homemade they make homemade sopapillas corn and flour tortillas even the crispy taco shell that looks store-bought was actually homemade. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“This is one of the original Mexican fast food restaurants here in Albuquerque that has been here for well over 15 years. Last week my husband took me in for the first time and I got to tell you it was amazing the food the service and especially the atmosphere. It was calm and quiet since nobody goes out anymore lol.“

“So, yes, it's a little bit pricey. Now that that's out of the way... You're paying for the view and location. Our food was very good. Service was very good. We will definitely go back. I'm surprised we waited as long as we did after the rebuild. Oh, there were people there dressed relatively casual. No t-shirts, but many people in nice jeans. We've eaten on the bar/casual side a few times before and the experience there was also positive. Yes, check the prices before you go so you don't get sticker shock. But the truth is, two people could easily have dinner with no wine, appetizer or dessert for around $100.“

“When we arrived at the place about 3pm, there was nobody there. We thought it was closed, but it was open. Inside was nice, only one worker in the front, she was nice. Took our order and started on it right away. We got our order nice and hot. Food was definitely filling and will eat there again. I recommend the crabby cheese fries (but next time I'd order easy on the cheese). The other photo is green chili cheese fries and the green chili isnt spicy.“

We ordered beef fried rice HOWEVER we had to pay to have the veggies added which should have been there anyway.
It was an additional $1.00 for each added veggie. We added 3 but not told it would be an extra $1.00 for each added veggie until we got the bill.“

“I went in yesterday and tried the Raspberry Lemon Tart. I am diabetic and don't usually eat sweets. Worth it 10000% The staff is friendly, and the food is good also.“

“My wife loves Golden Pride's chicken, and normally we are happy with their takeout. However, this last order was disappointing because the fried chicken was not crispy and appeared to be slightly undercooked. The breast meat had a slight pink-ish hue within the center, so we put the pieces into our oven to complete the cooking (just to make sure it was safe). We'll probably give GP another chance, but in the mean time, we'll buy our take-home fried chicken elsewhere.“

“This place is great. Friendly staff and customers having a great time. I was lucky to come on a night with live music playing old country tunes. I highly recommend the turkey, it is so great and I love it with their homemade BBQ sauce. When you walk in you are greeted with photos of celebrities who make sure to swing by during their visit. If you are looking for a nice family dinner with good food and great vibes... check this place out!“

“We had the Burquero burgers and green Chile fries. Excellent burger, one of the best burgers (if not the best) I've had in Albuquerque! The Green Chile Cheese fries had good flavor but undercooked so make sure you ask for extra crispy fries if you don't want them remotely soggy. That's the only reason the food didn't get 5 stars. Service was okay - food was slightly cold due to them possibly not writing the phone number down correctly to text us when the order was ready. We had take-out next door at the brewery, hence take-out.“

“Huge shoutout goin out to the absolute legends at Stuffy’s! They straight up elevated my entire night with an absolute dank burger and some of the most flavorful fries to ever encounter the pallet. My boys and I were looking for a memorable way to end the summer and to celebrate school years eve, and stuffy’s done brung it. They have got the friendliest vibe this side of the Rio grande!
