“I don’t know what I would do with TK. The food is awesome, authentically HK-style and the portions are generous! My kids always ask for takeout from them. I don’t blame them… it reminds me of dishes I had growing up too, in Markham.

“Saturday evening (Feb 18) we randomly decided to stop by Jinloong for supper. We don't eat out much these days, but we were feeling like a treat. :) My husband had a combo Special A. It was a huge portion and delicious. I want to mention that my husband always finishes his plate. However, this meal was not only delicious but filling too. He had enough for in dining and leftovers for a take away lunch on Monday ! I ordered the Singapore Noodles, with no meat or shrimp. Our waiter was so helpful to make a lovely fresh enormous bowl of noodles with extra veggies for me. It was wonderful and I went home with 3 days of leftovers!! YAY!! This was such a great meal for "penny pinches" like us haha I'd like to say our experience at Jinloong was 5 stars, but I wish I could give an extra 5 stars for the lovely, helpful service we received from our waiter. He was a delight!! So kind, helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant don't look any further than Jinloong. The homemade sauces are absolutely worth every penny. The portions are fantastic, and the service is GREAT! We'll be back soon. I've included a photo of all our leftovers. “New Wing Wah is the best Chinese Restaurant in the Herring Cove area (out of of 3 options). They have the best combination of value for money and delicious dishes. My family has been infrequently ordering from this restaurant for the last decade and a half, and I can't remember ever being disappointed. If you get a chance, try out Combo 12, Smelt Fish, or the Boneless Crispy Chicken (C10). They're my go-to dishes!!
There's a very good reason why they don't need to be on delivery apps. This business is resilient with consistent service, value, and reliably delicious meals.“

“I have been going to Hongs since early childhood, but most recently celebrated my post-wedding lunch there with my and my husband’s extended families. The food and the service have NEVER been anything short of perfection! We especially love the ginger beef, Hong’s chicken, stir fry duck, and Cantonese style egg noodles, but every dish we have tried has been delicious! The wonton soup we recently had was the best I have very tasted. Be sure to order lots of extras, the leftovers are mind blowing!“

“I ordered 2 super combos and a lemon chicken for delivery, told 45 min. No problem, if it was 30 35 I'd be shocked. This local gem is great. Food left over for the next day with delivery 65! Best deal in town. Man who delivers is smiles and happy. Thank you guys !!!“
“The malatang here is absolutely delicious! The broth is flavorful, spicy but not overwhelming, and very aromatic. All the ingredients are fresh and clean with plenty of variety to choose from. The boss is a husband-and-wife team. The eldest sister and brother are very nice and enthusiastic. They remember that we like spicy food, so they made us more spicy when we came to the store for the second time. It was really heartwarming?“

“I ordered delivery to my house and it came very fast and was still very warm. The prices might seem a little expensive but you get so much food its totally worth it. I ordered C15 and I had leftovers for 2 days! Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had.“

“Horrible customer service, probably the worst I have ever encountered to be honest. If you enjoy being belittled, being called a liar, and spending 3 hours on a takeout fiasco LOOK no further this is the place for you. Make sure you repeat what you are ordering SEVERAL times. Make sure they repeat it back to you SEVERAL times. If you order something and receive something you did not order, you may get them to agree to bring you what you did order, HOWEVER, you will be called a liar. You will be asked prove they are at fault for the mistake or they will hold your replacement food hostage in your parking lot. You may have to snatch the food you paid for out of the driver's hands. I am not joking. I am speaking from personal experience.“

“Pay NO ATTENTION TO BAD REVIEWS We live in Claton Park and found the ChineseVietnamese food the best we have ordered since moving here from Ontario a few years back. It was a little expensive but more than made up for that in quality. We had the order delivered in a bad rainstorm and a little girl showed up the credit card machine in hand looking like the wind would blow her away My wife and I are pretty old, and we were both impressed with the food We have ordered from quite a few places but Fon Sing is definitely the best“

“This was actually my first time having Ramen that didn't come out of a package from the supermarket and it was amazing. The pork was so tender and a little sweet. The broth was incredible. We had the crispy chicken to start and I loved the pickled daikon so much they let me buy a container of it. Our waitress (I am sure I'm not spelling her name right but I think it was Shengshen) was so kind, cheerful and pleasant. I cannot wait to go back.“

“Best Chinese Food I’ve had in a long time. Vegetables were cooked to perfection with just a little snap to them, rice was wonderful, chicken ball with not too much batter and yummy egg roll. So much I have some left over for tomorrow and at an awesome price.“

“Delicious food at the Halifax Shopping Centre. I chose the Pick 2 combo with noodles, sweet & sour pork, and honey garlic ribs. Everything was hot, fresh, and flavourful. The portion size was generous and the service was excellent. The staff were happy and friendly. Thank you for a great lunch.“

“Easy Foodies catered food for our staff party at the beginning of February. We ordered their “Party for 30” selection as well as a few additions. Not only was the food delicious as always (this is my neighbourhood Chinese restaurant), but they packed it so thoughtfully for my when I picked it up, included all the plates, cutlery and even the serve ware for scooping which was ABOVE and BEYOND. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.“
