Despite being busy they were very thorough and FAST. My food was ready before my card went through. Excellent work everyone! Yall deserve raises 😂“

“I’m from North Charleston, SC but I reside in Virginia Beach, VA neither of these cities have a Jack-in-the-Box so when I came to the West Coast for a work trip for a month, I had to come visit. The first visit made me fall in love. I love Jack-in-the-Box. Everytime that I’ve gone during this work trip I get excellent customer service. The employees are friendly and sweet and my food is always cooked and even packaged to perfection. My friends and coworkers even agree. The best part is that they’re open until 1:30 AM and you can order breakfast lunch or dinner all day. If you’ve never been to Jack-in-the-Box, I’m telling you go visit one today!!!“

“The food is great as always, but what makes this location special is the absolutely exceptional service! Both the manager and the drive-thru girl working morning of 5/6/24 were super friendly and helpful. Even if this wasn't one of my favourite stores, they would be the reason I would return and bring friends! Keep up the great work y'all!!!

Vegetarian options: Half the menu items are bean and/or potato based. Also, if you ask for "fresca" style, they can remove dairy from any dish and add tomatoes at no extra charge!

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. While the store can't promise gluten free (cross contamination), there are options for corn tortillas and the store doesn't coat anything in flour, so there's not a huge pile of gluten sitting in the back like at competitive restaurants.“

“This Subway is inside the WalMart store. We stopped to grab a couple of sandwiches to pack for lunch as we began our journey on Hwy 50. The guy working the place was friendly and did a great job building our sandwiches. It's consistent Subway quality.“

“Not sure if it's because staff is overwhelmed, new or what but the last 2 times I've ordered food online and try to get there around the time they tell me it's ready, it's not. The 1st time, they hadn't gotten to the order yet, waited another 15-20 minutes. The 2nd time, got there 10 minutes after the time and still had to wait 10 minutes while they made more biscuits. Timing is everything, folks, if my food is not ready, don't tell me it is.“

“We are from out of town Visiting family in Fernley and went to this establishment for dinner on May 12th 2023. I have to say, the crew that was on this evening was phenomenal! Fun, friendly, fast and having a really good time. They all deserve a big kudos!“

“Was warmly greeted with a pleasant hello and smile from Cody who took my order. I ordered just one item and discovered I was a little short on the total amount for my sandwich and Cody graciously said he would take care of the rest of the amount which was so generous and kind of him to do that. The only issue I had was the breakfast sandwich was only luke warm and not hot. There was a female employee behind the counter who made a rude comment towards Cody and said "You don't belong up front here". I was so grateful to have Cody come up and help me, as there was nobody coming up to the counter to take my order. Thanks Cody for the great customer service and the kindness that you extended to me on my visit!“
